Yes, I know. Whar Iām saying is the apps listed in the trailer do not, in fact, show this series as one of their upcoming series yet. I was wondering why theyāre delaying it. Maybe itās just the US that canāt see it? I donāt know.
Just started watching this for the first time. 50 50-minute episodes has been the only reason itās not already in my Completed list. Iām on Episode 8 now. I absolutely LOVE Wei WuXian. His mischievous and fun-loving nature is my fave kind of character. š Paired with the oh so serious Lan Zhan, and its smiles and laughter so far when theyāre on screen together. Can I say that Xiao Zhan is a beautiful man. I love his smile. š.
The way Natsuo said 'SuZuKAYaaayY' with that wild grin is very on brand for Japanese anime style exclamation.…
So what about the actors in Takara in Takaraās treasure? Or both of the MLS in Cosmetic Playlover and My Personal Weatherman? Or Takara-kun & Amagi-kun (both MLs). Or Kiyoi in My Beautiful Man? Or Togawa in Old Fashioned Cupcake?
I really could go on. Like SO many fine as F Japanese actors. Total eye candy.
Damn. I didnāt watch last week because of the comments, hoping for a resolution today. so I could watch with that hope in mind. Comments have me convinced this drama is not for me and I should cut my losses here. So thank you brave souls who watched these past two episodes and shared your āspoilersā of outrage. You are real ones. Iāll be dropping this series now, tyvm. Maybe Iāll see yāall in Khemjira or My Magic Prophecy. āš½
Jimmy and Sea never fail to bring us a series packed with emotion and story. I donāt think theyāve made a drama I didnāt like (and Iāve seen them all where theyāre the MCs). I know Iām gonna love this one as much as I loved Last Twilight and Vice Versa. Every episode is even better than the last. Iām looking forward to next Sunday! š
Well, Disney+ in the US hates VPNs apparently, and this drama isnāt available in the US on any of the platforms I legally subscribe to, so it looks like Iām gonna have to support illegal streaming for now. I hope that changes though. ā¹ļø
Iām glad the comedic moments arenāt overdone (so far). I was a little worried after the second trailer release. I enjoyed the first episode and really, really hope itās better than My Golden Blood (my opinion- donāt come at me, but I did not enjoy that series, despite my best efforts and high hopes when it was first released. Maybe Iām just not a Gawin fan. I donāt know. No shade, so I wonāt expound on that; Iām not into actor ābashingā or tearing down).
I loved Boun and Prem in Between Us. And we have Barcode set up as the villain? (Seems that way from Ep2ās preview.) Works for me!
My only question: Why was Methas so slow during the chase? Were his powers weakened from the ritual? (Trying to be vague so no true spoilers.) He was pretty weak with that cart, too, yet could one hand lift a grown man.
I wonder what role PakPong will play in all this. I hope he doesnāt become a hunter and work opposed to Punn, but I kinda feel it will go that way- for a while anyway. Maybe? I donāt know. Itās just a feeling I get. Nothing but them being at odds with his desire to be with his big brother really makes me think this. Seems like he will find out his big brother is working with vampires, then getting persuaded by the hunters to save his brother who is in ādangerā and likely ensnared by vampires. Good intentions, misguided youth and bluster, leading to the wrong side (likely with a redemption moment). Predictable if I turn out to be right, but still interesting to watch it play out. I donāt know. I havenāt read the novel. Maybe I shouldā¦
Just think a little bit and you will get your answers .
Seriously. Only very liberally and loosely āomegaverseā. I was like, no this is NOT omegaverse. Would have done better as a guideverse series. Or just call it supernatural-ish.
This episode was so good! I really love how they follow the novel so authentically. And now another week of waiting, with some IG āsipsā to both quench and ignite our thirst.
From a few comments, I can tell some viewers are new to Omegaverse, especially with heats and ruts. This is on par with what is normal for Omegaverse stories. The heat/rut means they revert to their instinctual minds, casting aside most human social norms. Their second gender brain takes over. In Hua Yongās case, heās an enigma, so all rules kind of get tossed to the side for him- except the mating fever- he canāt control his instincts in that state. Unfortunately for Shao Yu to have been near him at that time. The chain in a locked room was supposed to be a safeguard, but those idiot ākidnappersā (sent by a person I wonāt spoil) went in, inciting an enigma in rut with mating fever to break the chain that held him back last time. (In the Omegaverse, the chain would be specially fortified or enhanced with suppressant properties for an Alpha in rut. Hua Yong likely had his company make it even stronger for him. So him snapping the chain would have been a significant show of strength in the face of an enigmaās instinctual response to intruders. The unfortunate side effect for Shao Yu is that heās now loose and still under mating fever.
In reading the comments, I feel like those talking about the lighting arenāt considering the camera. Iām glad they made it lighter, otherwise weād be watching shadows in the dark. Creative darkness is better. I hate watching dramas where the dark is dark and you barely see movement. Like the lighting crew were at lunch when they filmed those scenes. Frustrating af, personally. Just imagine theyāre in a dark room with little to no light and also impeded by their second gender instincts to mate- triggered by rut in Hua Yongās case and triggered by an omegaās heat in Wen Lengās case (alphas are instinctively triggered to respond to an omega in heat; the greater the compatibility, the stronger the trigger response)- he has no clue who he was with that night because of what will likely be revealed later. In his mind, an omega tricked him, further supporting his aversion to omegas as āfilthyā and ādirtyā. His reason for this mindset, despite him being an alpha who should be attracted to omegas, is revealed later. The point is, this mindset usually overrides his instinct in regular interactions with omegas, but his mind canāt beat the secondaryy gender instinct to mate with an omega in heat with such a high compatibility level. Like a switch in his brain.
Heāll be dumb for a long while yet though, much to the viewersā consternation. His biases against omegas āhelpsā him overlook obvious signs and clues.
ATP Iām watching because of the time Iāve put in and our MLs are attractive. But Iām expecting a rushed train wreck after todayās episode and the preview for EP11.
How did the screenwriter for Unknown make this? The dichotomy is crazy.
Episode 10What can I even say? Iāve been loving this series since the start, but wow⦠when it comes to fight…
Everything you said is spot on. I am not sure how this messy series will end in 2 episodes. Only a cliffhanger makes sense. But I really donāt want to stick around for a part 2⦠This episode was a whole cluster of WTF unbelievable scene after scene. Claustrophobia is not a life or death phobia. A few seconds in a locked and heās gonna die? Nah.
Find My Boyfriend had me rolling! It really was like that. And the rope⦠He didnāt even tie it tight or complicated. š®āšØ I know they needed him to take care of our poor unconvincing ādelinquentā, but they could have found a different, more believable way. How does him having claustrophobia finally get the ex to believe heās not Zefang when there were WAY MORE CONVINCING clues before this? What kind of lazy leap writing is this? Unnecessary how long old boy has been unconvinced in this series, wasting valuable minutes on a storyline when we still have to solve the body issue and the fact that Zefang in spirit mode has been hanging around for a while now.
The preview for the next episode- finally but in episode 11? What an odd pacing this series has been.
oh my this is bitter sweet i would like to believe that the guy at the end is him but he had a memory loss yayyyy
It is him. TianYu went back and changed the past so Xiang would not go to Taipei to experience all the things that led to his death. From the ending, we get to know that he did change the past through those rewritten letters because XiaXia doesnāt recognize him in the same way she used to and Xiang is no longer going by his adopted name, but by his original name, Jin Run Fa.
(The tag of prolonged nudity is VASTLY misleading. Theyāre shirtless men. š)
I put this off for a while but finally decided to knock it off my list. Iām glad I did. I really like second chance time travel stories. I enjoyed this one. The acting, cinematography, and dialogue really worked for this.
