There's a new drama called Time Flies and You Are Here. They must've borrowed sets from TLB,and filmed at the same time, as there's a Cuju game and the ML kisses the FL, on the bridge where Mujin gave Mimi Mooncake. That's just from what I've spotted from the intro. The abode of the Crown Prince, that later burns down, is also used.
Just take a look at this ! Modern romance drama with lots of kisses when?!https://twitter.com/lei1226/status/1395824918730735617?s=21
This would be too cliche. I'd love to see something like Arsenal Military Academy, but obviously significantly different. A more serious military drama, with big budget, where they're hardened career soldiers. I'd love to see her going from covered in mud, to being a 'honey trap', depending on what the mission calls for. They would be denying attraction, until they collide at some point.
Yes! That drama is screaming to be kept to cultivation only. The way they cultivate is actually well done, it's unusual.
Pearl Eclipse is supposed to drop this year, that would be a historical epic. Ancient Love Poetry, Twin Cities and possibly, only possibly Immortality.
His cultivation is cool, cgi and fights, everything else annoying. They shouldn't have done the loveline, I have more chemistry with my bag of carrots, than he does with that whole ass bunny.
They're together, close enough to communicate through an Eagle. She's dressed in wanderlust clothes, she's exploring,…
''When she is finally ready for babies, they will do what needs to be done, in order to have babies.''
I laughed, like an old, very DIRTY pervert
Older women, in all time periods, knew herb cocktails to prevent pregnancy. She's probably irregular anyway, due to having low body fat, from extreme exercise. I'm sure, when she's inside the Eagle division, she takes preventative teas.
I imagine a future conversation, in the lull of the early morning hours. Sun asking her, if it's time she stopped drinking those teas, Holding his breath, waiting
'Oh, so you knew?'
Him giving her an incredulous look
Her letting him stew in anxiety for a few mins, and then doing the whole; 'OK!' routine again.
'I promise you, we can have a baby, in this specific time period, as Mobei is peaceful and the new Tegin of Bear Division is taking time to rebuild.'
A'sun is too busy squeezing her hand, watching her little hand in his, to hear anything but the blood rushing in his ears.
!there's spoiler about the ending! After holding onto the last episode for a whole week, I finally find the courage…
They're together, close enough to communicate through an Eagle. She's dressed in wanderlust clothes, she's exploring, perhaps patrolling. A'sun is Tegin, as per his Tegin clothes. We all know he told his father, he would look after him for the rest of his life, so Khan is in the finest tent, of the Eagle division.
A'sun very much gives off 'Eagle, bro, my woman is off again, keep an eye on her' vibes.
It's heavily implied, he knows she's not ready for wish 3, babies, so he's not knocking her up, keeping her barefoot at home. She gets to play as she wishes, his wild horse. He gets to enjoy the rewards of having a happy partner in life, who is fulfilled and living to the fullest - as per her mother's wishes.
You can't file these two away, neatly, in a little box, of 'typical married life'.
She is a free ranged chick, She returns home often, For love.
They're together, in the same frame, on the final page.
You didn't watch an ordinary love story! Yet you still wanted an ordinary ending! You're used to being fed everything, little bird egg!
This is an old school drama, that is more chaste than most things out there. As oldschool drama's, it won't give you the whole story at the end.
The drama's I can think of, that gave us the whole cake, it wasn't that good, it was in fact it didn't ad to the story. It's OK to feel greedy when you love a good story, you know their voices by now, you know the choices they'll make.
You know how these two respect one another, this ending is in character. You might wanna rewatch the scenes they spend with her mother's spirit tablet, as they promise themselves to each other there. It's easy to forget their in a common law marriage, but they would never be quite typically married, because their parents are dead.
Started to watch this week!) When my second couple will get development?? I'm skipping a lot now, ep. 12-20....
You're skipping through what episodes?
Well, second couple don't have much actual affectionate scenes, we're talking mostly 30 onwards. This is just not a drama centered around love, although it's well marinaded in romance. Did you go into this, thinking it's a Lusi love drama? Because I can recommend many Lusi love dramas. Not only is this a bit of a first foray into more serious acting, for Reba, Lusi and Leo, but it looks like it'll head smoothly into awards season, as well.
Interpretation.I of course had thoughts around the significance of the snow, previously, but it didn't crystalize…
She witnessed them together, and realised her Sun had met his future. She always knew, she was his reason to rise to the top, to keep fighting against all odds.
She had seen him this far.
Although she was ordered by Khatun, to aide Chang Ge in the rescue mission, she went into this knowingly.
She cried for his pain, for this 'birthing pain' he was to go through. She didn't just die to free him from subjugation by She'er, but to set him FREE.
But it feels like everything that came after the surrender, was fated. Their previous run-in's was fate teasing, and luring them into a trap.
I am certain she died with perfect clarity. This was her gift to him, just like Chang Ge's mom died to free her daughter. These deaths have levels to them.
There is nothing to go back for. Only the path forward.
Did anyone catch which tribe her mother belonged to, when Shimin freed her from captivity?
The Snow falling over the fallen city of Shouzhou.
Interpretation.
I of course had thoughts around the significance of the snow, previously, but it didn't crystalize into any form of clear symbolism. You could say, their assault on the city wasn't sanctioned by 'the powers that be', you could spin this is plenty of different ways.
After rewatching this drama for the 4th time, again we're stood outside the gates of Shouzhou, as our Commander surrenders Gongsung Heng's head.
I finally understood something, that had previously escaped me, each and every single time I've watched this scene play out.
The snow,
bare with me here,
This is a pivotal fork in the road. We're at the crossroads, in this moment.
The snow is here to ad gravitas, Snow symbolises both purity and death.
This is the crossroads, where what CONSESSIONS and CHOICES, A'sun and Chang Ge make, will decide their fate.
It's as if the Heavens are watching them, 'FATE' will not come into play, until they've passed this junction, on their paths.
These are the moments, where something so quintessentially 'human' takes place. This is where we're different from all other creatures.
FREE WILL. Humans were granted free will.
The door slams SHUT. There is no escaping what's coming next now.
The cease of the snow fall, signifies that they made their CHOICE. It is irrevocable. They cannot go back, from this point on.
They may as well have sold their souls to the Devil himself. Because this is BINDING.
FATE has now been set into motion, and it will take them to unprecedented highs and lows.
Certain core events are now unavoidable.
Sun's mother's death is unavoidable.
They now share a fate.
Previous to this event, this fork in the road, it was still 'up in the air'. Will they, won't they.
If after the Cuju game, the dagger was presented with some fanfare and decorum. Once the masks came off, and the player of the game was announced; 'The Princess Yongning'
It would've been a completely different story, but I'd still pay to see it.
I just wanted to rewatch the football match scene. Why am I at episode 7 again?!
I watch ep five or six, when he finds BOOB, next time I realize what I'm doing, it's ep 13 and my vision is blurry, and my heart aches. Then I rationalize, I want to see some stuff in ep eighteen anyway, so I watch until then, and suddenly Sun is shouting in her face, and she knocks him out.
Episode 43, middle portion, as Changge walked away from Shuyu, after Shuyu asked her not to trust people too easily.…
Most importantly, 'people have their reasons'. She understands this now, the difference is, she knows their reasons would be extreme, so she's willing to pay for it.
Hey does anyone know if wulei and reba follow each other on weibo. Just curious
IDK, but they send each other gifs. She also knows details about his cycling adventures, he either tells her, or she's on some private social media platform, where he posts these things. You know like fitbit reports, cycled xx amount this week, for xx amount of time.

We've been stuck on this number for weeks.
Score: 8.6 (scored by 2,240 users)
Ranked: #108
We've in fact gone from #127 to #108, in the span of a week.
We will soon be in top 100.
Cannot underestimate this.
