Spot on analogy. I’m also rinsing my GagaOOlala for all it’s worth, as it’s mostly utter pants they show…
Aw, bless you. So have I. However, I just can’t sit through and abide lazy, bad, incompetent writing just for the sake of a BL. As a writer, it seriously hurts my brain.
Ugh! Another 76 minutes of what? Tedium. Absolutely zero spark, chemistry or sexual tension between any of the leads. Seven episodes of a grown arse man nurturing a debilitated child and for what? We have a sexy as fuck 2ML whimpering like a damn moth hitting a lightbulb week-after-week, over his love interest, only to tell him when he’s finally broken up with his boyfriend. “I think we should just be friends.” Honestly, who would write this shit and believe it’s good storytelling - irrespective of being a slow burn.
Honestly Thailand writers and directors, you need to have a serious word, because this isn’t engaging storytelling. Quite the opposite. Throwing all your pretty men at your audience, without a semblance of anywhere near decent, cohesive writing and storytelling, does not make for good, engaging viewing. #JustSayin’
We've already discussed the kiss in your reply to my comment below. So I'll just say here that I also freaking…
How does he not question his jealousy though Maggi? This is what fucks with my head. For an intelligent man, I keep asking myself how he doesn't sense something beyond friendship. We know he does, but for an intelligent guy, I find myself astounded that he doesn't realise it. It is as you say, compelling viewing and I especially love a deep personality. What needs to happen to switch the switch in his head into realisation I find myself asking. That kiss? I'm not convinced. I feel it's always been there burning under the surface. However, how will he show Han Joon that it's not all about losing him as a friend but gaining him as a lover and boyfriend - now this I'm interested and invested in.
My heart honestly skipped a beat when Seo Han Joon laid it bare when he said: "You're all I think about." That man is seriously brave and so utterly true to himself. Yes, the men I have loved, I've never stopped thinking about, to the point they enter my dreams. I love this.
I so feel their sexual undercurrent and need and desire for one another - this is one of the things I adore about the drama. The sexual chemistry is indeed palpable.
I also don't get why the rating is so low. Perhaps because the youngsters amongst us need to realise life really isn't that simple when it comes to love. You have to keep an open mind to love. Your heart will always, always dictate how you feel, irrespective of your values and how clever you are. FACT. For me, human personalities are beyond fascinating, how we think, how we feel, how we act. At times, we all need to step outside our black and white bubble of life and simply embrace this.
I so, so hear you on the editing, especially in terms of the Editors decision to chop up the confession scene in continuity, it lost me and would have been better as you said.
Yes, it hurt to see those same chocolates trashed not once, but twice. But when the guys get married they can…
Honestly, I was waiting for him to take them away to enjoy. Then WTAF, he threw them in the bin. For me, in that single motion, he was saying ‘enough of liking me, let’s go back to being friends’. Seriously had me broken in that second. So poignant.
I'd so like to think you're right Maggi and have written some of what you said above. However, Zuho is an idol…
As always Maggi, I hear you and you're spot on with your analogies. Good examples given too. I think I just really, really don't want them to ruin this one because it would indeed be a travesty.
I agree completely, I really love the tension between them, and In Sung is a pleasure to watch. Personally, I…
Isn’t he just - excellent job in his first role. I think this drama needs a kiss because of the huge build up of sexual tension and as you say great chemistry. For me, it wouldn’t be realistic without.
So do I. I find him mesmerising on screen. Great line delivery and you can see his raw emotions in the way he bites down on his jaw. Ben from Step By Step could learn a lot from him #JustSayin'

All in all, I'm adoring this drama.
