Damn, what a rollercoaster ride of emotions. I don't even now where to begin with EP 6. I adore the way for such an early relationship, they're very much in tune with one another. There really is something to be said about finding oneself comfortable in another's space.
However, as much as I really like the cinematography, at times I can't help thinking its going too far, by way of the 'too cool for school genre', which leaves the audience confused - especially around how they shoot them in the water.
Having said that, this really is a refreshing joy to watch and I can't wait for next week. And no, I don't believe this is going to be a sad ending. #JustSayin'
Hey @snowregret... bet you're loving this one mate. #Snigger. Prey do tell. Somehow I'm looking forward to your positive energy bombarding this here forum in leaps and bounds, quite like an excitable puppy 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
OMG! This is so well written and such an adorable watch. I could honestly watch this serious for hours without getting bored if it continues in this vein. The cinematography is also divine to witness. I find myself mesmerised by Ji Hyun's face and features, it's so unique, quirky, individual and truly beautiful - the camera captures his profile beautifully.
I adore Yoon Won's personality and singing voice, she's my kind of girl. As a fellow surfer, she portrays her character well. We do indeed have a love for drinking once we hit the beach and see the sea. However, we'd never do Tequila, without salt and lime. #JustSayin'.
The narrative with the counsellor was especially telling and the opening scene of filming through the hypnotherapy balls was lovely. I feel for Jae Won who at this juncture, wants to be everything to everyone, all of the time, which simply isn't possible. Exhausting comes to mind as to how he must feel pretending to be Mr. Happy all of the time. One simply needs to be true to oneself and those we love - nothing else matters. I think the wise words from the counsellor are taking him on a much needed journey to be himself and heal.
I also adored the scene at the train station, again, filmed beautifully, that little smile in the train carriage between both and when Jae Won took Ji Hyun hand on exit made me smile. Jae Won is so naturally drawn to Ji Hyun and knows he can't keep away from him. The moment in the library with the picture - so damn beautiful. My mind tells me it is because he can be his true self. Both can. This is a writer and director, who absolutely know how to build a thoughtful story to engage their audience. #ThaiWritersandDirectorsAreYouWatching?
Finally, I absolutely loved when Jae Won said in closing: "I saw you working and thought I should be here for you." He watched that jealous, princess bitch, Eun Ji, ragging Ji Hyun's arse all shift and came to his man's rescue. Beautiful writing. Love this too much and also the owner of the restaurant - she's fierce, I wouldn't mess with her, but would love her in my corner as a friend having my back - she'd be resplendent!
Haven't experienced being madly in love and being loved so good in return? Then I understand why you can't understand…
Yes, you're right. It simply wasn't my preference. It did start out as so, but didn't as the drama progressed. I'm glad you enjoyed it though - as they say, each to their own.

Thank you so much for your response. Yes, I have, in all my relationships and very deeply, passionately and sincerely. Like I said, I did like this drama, but felt it went too far in the sickly sweet department and flashbacks.
I liked this drama, however it was beyond sickly sweet, almost vomit inducing. FL’s constant ‘over’ smiles drove me crazy in the latter episodes, together with the growing knowledge that nothing actually really happened. If I’m honest, it was a real struggle to finish.
This is just a great big pile of poo. It's week-after-week of dreadful script writing, a boring plot, not clear narrative and terrible acting. I think Ken has cried in all 7 episodes. However, at least he didn't get strangled this week. Is it even a BL? I'm ready to drop this, it's just not worthy of my time.
