Hey you. Thanks so much for taking the time to respond to my comment - really appreciate it. I have many a-sexual friends, many of which, I've met on this here forum. I get it, believe me I do. However, this drama is not based on our two leads being in an an-sexual relationship. #JustSaying

You've made really good points here. So hear your thought process.

Exactly Maggi. I' don't feel shamed for my views. In fact, I feel empowered by my views and by any scorn. Although this isn't reality, which I love and get, I absolutely need a semblance of logic and reality to my brain as a functioning human when I invest in a drama I ultimately have adored.

Hey Paula, thanks so much for responding to me - really appreciate you taking the time. No, I'm not a biology teacher. I'm a writer. Some say I'm hot, sexy, wise and insightful, but most importantly intelligent and emphatic when it comes to human beings, whom I love and adore - irrespective of culture and beliefs. I'm also very comfortable in my skin and who I am.

Anything else you'd like to know about me? Happy to share, although I have to admit to being quite a private person.

Prey tell, who are you, as you've asked me?

Just want to reiterate my words in the 2nd paragraph. "I personally wished it ended at Ep 6 with Lee Da Yeol telling Jo Tae Hyun he'd wait. That was the perfect ending for me. So kissing and sex scenes were never my agenda. #JustSaying

Have a lovely soon to be weekend.

Hey you. Thanks for your reply. Always love a good, respectful debate. I said "human nature", as in the beginning of existence - Adam and Eve stylie - not gay men. I hope you now understand my meaning. Apologies if our culture differences have led you to misunderstand what I was trying to say. Ultimately, I believe whether we masturbate or have sex, #Horniness will ultimately happen for us all and reign supreme. #JustSaying

Are you scared of reality and the fact that one day you may want to have sex?

Aw, Calamity Jane is one of my favourite films as a child. I always wanted to be her. What an analogy Maggi. Love this too much.

the obsession with kissing scenes needs to be studied atp like.. at least don't make it obvious that you care…
It's about reality. Human nature was born to procreate. It's for the majority our natural instinct, irrespective of when you finally choose to have sex, our natural instincts ultimately wants to explore and do it.

I don't think the comments are about the need for the drama to have sex. I personally wished it ended at Ep 6 with Lee Da Yeol telling Jo Tae Hyun he'd wait. That was the perfect ending for me. However, EP 7 took it too far. Too unrealistic. Too utterly stupid to believe two men in their 20's would wait 4-years to kiss, let alone sleep with their partner. That is on paper utterly ridiculous to too many minds and disrespects our intelligence as an audience.

Me and you both. WTAF. They both looked incredibly fucking handsome after the time pass, especially Da Yeol's wavy hair - found it so incredibly sexy and handsome.

Ah, this drama, this drama! So many refreshing and conflicting emotions from a South Korean BL drama.

Do I think the writing was good? Yes. Do I think the actors did a great job? Oh yes - and especially considering they are first time actors and indeed idols choosing to enter the BL world for their first acting gig. They brought so many believable, natural and emotional acting skills to their characters, delivered their lines beautifully and if I'm honest, have shown far superior acting skills than the likes of more seasoned actors in terms of Pond and Phuwin in Never Let Me Go and Ohm and Fluke in Oh! My Sunshine Night. However, I appreciate both these dramas had utterly terrible scripts, incompetent writing and direction, but I don't think it's all down to that - you either have talent for acting, just like any discipline, or you don't! They have natural talent, something I believe you can't ultimately teach - just like writing and I so look forward to seeing them in future dramas.

I found the storytelling beautiful. From the outset, I always liked Jo Tae Hyun and never saw his actions in episode 1/2 as bullying, simply the actions of a cheeky, naughty, quirky boy who wanted to get the attention of a boy he found interesting. The way both leads stories evolved again I found beautifully written. Each was on their journey of life. One needed to realise and forgive themselves, while acknowledging they needed time to heal and another needed to find what made him truly happy and fearless. It was refreshing to see them both enter their new chapters in life.

However, and this is a HUGE, HUGE however for me. I would have been happy if they didn't kiss. The writing, chemistry, dialogue between our leads and emotions were all on point at the end of episode 6. They should have ended it there when Lee Da Yeol said he'd wait - perfect ending. Episode 7's epilogue ruined the dynamic the writer created. There is no fucking way two men in their 20's (or heterosexual couple) after what, 2-years and then a further 2-years not dating others and yearning for each other, would not even kiss or want to fuck each others brains out and especially having booked an overnight stay. WTAF! And this for me is where South Korean dramas more often than not, bring their disappointment to the forefront and let themselves down, when it comes to writing believable, realistic BL dramas. I actually find it insulting to my intelligence. There's absolutely no realism to the overnight scene in EP 7. None whatsoever. This would NEVER happen in real life. They spent so much time teasing the sexual desires and thoughts of our leads to us as an audience but chose instead not to deliver. Poor I say. Poor show indeed. It just causes disappointment and frustration.

It still was beautiful in its writing, direction and bravery in the script narrative, so I'd happily give it an 8.5/10

Liked very very much. Well acted and the emotions portrayed really got me. I don’t care about the rest. And…
I so feel for you if @SnowRegret picks up and reads your comment on "Sometimes relationship are not about touching etc, etc" Be brave fellow commentator, because if Snow Regret reads this, he's surely coming to get you. #Snigger.

Oh, gosh yes, the baby talk was indeed painful. I think I’ll check out the manhwa - thanks for the heads-up 🙏🏿

Greetings Maggi ‘waves’. Yes, agree with you, however, this drama disappointed me mainly due to when they’ve lived together they were more like best friends than a realistic couple.

Eddy's direct, to the point, possessive character has been written beautifully, which hugely compliments Ian's, inner shyness that his one sided love for an eternity actually loves him in return. Some of the script lines for Eddy have been delightful too: "Do you want to try again?" "Well, do you just kiss people for fun?" "You're driving me crazy?" Really nice. It makes for lovely chemistry and honesty between our leads.

I think they're very aware they desperately want to make up for 7-years of lost time through cowardice and literally no communication on Ian's part. And, they delivered some lovely kisses - something All the Liquors could learn.

Up until the final 2 episodes, I was really enjoying this drama, it would have been an 8/10 for me, maybe even a 9. However, in typical South Korean stylie, (let’s just cash in on the BL genre, and not commit to showing a realistic gay relationship), we get our shit fish kisses with zero passion or commitment.

The let’s eat ramen narrative around having sex, turns into yet another fish kiss. What is it with South Korea not being able to realistically showcase the intimacy between gay men? They can’t even show two men lying in bed kissing! Hey, I’d even settle for seeing some rolling around in trousers and some gentle kisses on a bare chest, but not this childish, unrealistic nonsense.

It’s Individual Circumstances, Oh! My Assistant, The Director Who Buys Me Dinner and Cherry Blossoms After Winter all over again. Grrr! Grows some balls already!!

It’s a 5/10 for me. I liked the drunken storyline - felt fresh and believable. Our leads had great chemistry with lovable quirks, acted really well and the secondary characters also did a great job.
