It's annoying cause most koreans pronounce english unclearly that you actually NEED eng sub, also I'm one of those who prefer eng sub even with people who has english as mother tongue speak english. .....Need to temporary switch the sub to another one of my languages so they'll still sub english lol 😂😅
I must say it was super refreshing having a Piggyback ride scene between the parents! Never seen a drama do that before, it's always the leads or sometimes the 2nd leads! It looked way cuter with older people doing it. 😍
Oh so my previous JOKE speculations about FL confessing to him first (well face to face proper one) + even kiss, ACTUALLY happened in ep 11!! I specifically thought they wouldn't actually happen, but was hoping it to lol!!
Also relieved they solved the family drama in 1 ep and no divorce!
He pronounces without proper enounciation and even no attempt to do the heavy french Rs while saying meaningless words that aren't really french. I couldn't understand what he was trying to say.
Not looking down on him for it btw, just finding it FUNNY as hell (& cute in a "is cute in a Clumsy way) 🤭
My understanding is having parents meet your bf/gf is next step to marriage, and only then should they meet the parents.
....this may not necessarily mean that they are dating irl, JHI may have just wanted to gift his family a fun vacation imo😂, but it sure is fun to consider the possibility of WHAT IF it means dating lol
Good for him! Why not take advantage of work travel and give your family a fun vacation in the process? This is what I'd call intelligent usage of hitting 2 birds with one stone! 😁
same brooo frrr. The dramas this year have been so dull i have high expectations from this one i love both of…
"refreshing"?!?! LMAO this only uses the most trending Trope of LOVERS REUNITED that 99% of romance dramas use as of late LOL 😅🤦♀️
....I'm still really looking forward to this because it's melorom and these actors, but let's not LIE/BE DELUSIONAL that plot is fresh simply becaue it's kore-jap collab (the ONLY fresh part about it! Rest of it/plot is HIGHLY overdone!) LMAO 😅😅😂🤦♀️
It's not my main langauge either ,but I have actually studied it, so him playing a character who also studied french while prounoncing it LIKE THAT , is one one big LMAO causing unrealism 😅😅🤭🤭
lmao how the hell did they adapted a drama that has gl romance into a non-romance drama? sometimes skorea irritates…
At least they cannot erase them dressing up in various genders lol, good luck with that! ....As per the preview pics they didn't. (Aka. they COULDN'T. You know they WOULD if it was POSSIBLE lol!), which is lowkey making me feel happy about about the LGBT haters still having something to fume about lol 😂, even though the dressup isn't even LGBT related.
They can erase the girl-girl love (sigh! 😔), but THEY CANNOT ERASE THE GENDER SWAP DRESSUP.:
at least the girls' dress up in various genders remains, can't erase that part it's the basis of theatre and NOTHING actually to do with trans either like some think, it's just PRACTICALITY in assigning roles, like those of us who've done some theatre acting knows. IF YOU CANNOT DO AN ACTING ROLE IN A DIFFERENT GENDER THAN YOURS, THEN YOU'RE NOT AS CIS AS YOU THINK lol😅, girls dressup as men in theatre all the time, because it's so women-domanited that women have to also fill the male roles too. Haven't seen one single person complain about it in theatre lol !
And back in ancient greece no women were allowed in theatre, so MEN would dressup as WOMEN too in plays.
....How fragile is your masculinity or feminity that you'd consider yourself a woman if you as a man played a woman role or you as a woman played a man role caused doubt about being a woman . People making these kind of comments are deep in their trans closet without realizing lol.
As someone who prefers more girl-girl romance in gay romance than guy-guy, I will be watching this more for the Bff friendship between the Lead Girl + her Gay bff lead gay guy. But happy for people enjoying Boyslove. Kdrama needs more of that. This is step in right direction, hopefully more like this one ACTUALLY going for it and not like Kim Taeri's upcoming drama where they erased the girl-girl romance 😔(but at least the girls' dress up in various genders remains, can't erase that part it's the basis of theatre and NOTHING actually to do with trans either like some think, it's just PRACTICALITY in assigning roles, like those of us who've done some theatre acting knows, if you cannot do an acting role in a different gender than yours, then you're not as cis as you think lol, girls dressup as men in theatre all the time, because it's so women-domanited that womwn have to also fill the male roles. it was a moment of "oh isn't he being super cute, in a clumsy way?!?;🤭

Even Suzy improved and can act nodaways (watch "Anna"!), I am a former disliker of Suzy lol yet even I can see that
- the year is 2024, let's base our Judgement on actors' acting skill in 2024 and not 2010 lol 😅😅🤦♀️😂

I think this is going to be fun! 😂
Imagine people trying to close the door all embarrased when they tell what they sell lol

Just like someone playing a serial killer role isn't a serial killer in real life lol.
