Wi ha joon is a main character material...korea is messing it upπ«
He's rumored as ML in Something In The Rain and One Spring Night PD's next (romance) work. π FL Jung Ryeo Won. Just waiting for confirmation π€π€, but per IG followings it seems to be happening....
yeah it's probably a noona romance like Something In The Rain? I think just like Jung Hae In, Wi Ha Joon also has those calm mature vibes to be shippable also with an older woman. Many immature vibes men in k-ent imo, who mistakenly get paired with older, looking cringe, but Wi Ha Joon really has the right vibes to suit older I think.
I haven't watched her in anything else than Bubblegum (though I've considered wachting her lawyer drama Witch's Court, but haven't gotten around to it yet) She was good at acting out a romance looking natural at least, and making the character look relatable, so we don't have to worry about cringe style unnatural romance if this pairing happens. And I'm currently watching Something In The Rain, PD seems to like very ordinary relatable, lowkey FL that give natural vibes, I think JRW also can fit that natural lowkey vibe.
I actually feel less of an age difference with this potential pairing than with pairing in Something In The Rain, & even the pairing there looks well matched despite age difference, mainly because of Jung Hae In's matureity. It's just that Wi Ha Joon is one of my TOP fav male actors nowadays, and I'd rather he get paired with one of my TOP faves actresses like for example Jeon Yeo Been, Oh Yeon Seo, Han Hyo Joo or Han Ji Min. So a bit sad on that front. BUT. JRW is still a VERY stellar choice, & they sound well-matched & both equally good in acting, casting could've been WAY worse. π
How tf Reborn Rich got received a nomination? I couldn't even watch after 8 episodes. It was that bad.
Indeed, boring drivel. Dropped it too. Couldn't even continue despite liking actors & even shipping the characters. Overrated to the max dreadful drama.
However Reborn Rich was boring and overrated to the max.
I'd rather Emmys recognize Behind Your Touch, One Day Off and Song of the Bandits instead, but perhaps the dramas are far too fresh to qualify for this year. Next year maybe?
I enjoyed song of the bandit but it won't be for everybody. If you don't like over the top and unrealistic action…
Actually even japanese people loved it, it reached top 10 on Netflix there now. Even Top 6 briefly.π (check Flixpatrol) Surpising yes. Apparantly the japanese don't shy away from their dark history, or they just really got curious about it anyway. π
People may underestimate Behind Your Touch and Song of the Bandits on this ricidulous site filled with dumb teens who hype only romcoms, but both are doing well on Netflix. π Haters can burn angry & give too low rating here, while dramas with good scripts get rewarded by streams.
....Way to make FL not scared & suspecting him! What was he thinking there π€ͺ ππππ
Time to promote him to lead role, please!
Kim Mi Kyung was in Healer with him. π

Not one of my favs or super keen on her but I'd say still an ok casting choice, liked her in Bubblegum with Lee Dong Wook.

Also Namgil is right, we need a season 2.
