It's not even the "red herring make actors give creepy looks A FEW scenes" situation anymore, the character has been CONSISTENTLY creepy for far too long. .....so IF he turns out to be an actual good guy, the the actor & PD REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY REALLY need to calm down with the overt creepy acting/directing LOL 🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️🤦🏻♀️😅
Assemblyman is a public figure, harder to just discreetly kill. How convinient then that the girls' gang got him passed out drunk, the killer immediately took the opportunity.
The killer knew about Assemblyman being an easy target that night, so I base my suspect list on who could've known. :
- Assemblyman's secretary - 2ML - French teacher
Assemblyman's secretary was there when girls approached him for the "young people talk", could've followed/watched events from afar. Otherwise the only ones who knew was FL & her BFF+gang. BFF could've told teacher (actually teacher already knows, like he always knows about girl gang plans, or BFF since dumping him didn't tell him of gang's plans anymore?) and FL could've told 2,ML. More naturally can say these things to crushes/let it slip. 2ML suddenly leaving work is suspicious too. But also did the secretary really "need" this opportunity to be able to kill, you'd think working closely there'd be many chanches for him & assymblyman would've died sooner. Or did he first need him to get elected? But still, it's been quite a few eps since his election, why wait? The killer more likely someone who was waiting for a good opportunity & needed the sudden opportunity of assemblyman passed out drunk, less likely the secretary then I think. I don't want it to be the french teacher, I'm shipping him with BFF, also I want him to be a good guy. So betting/hoping it's 2ML.
I went back to see of anyone had touched FL or her BFF or gang/used psychic abilities on them that night (ever since makin plans of getting him drunk), but they didn't show them running into anyone. So either one on my suspects list, or they convientely left out a psychic scene(killer found out about Assemblyman passed out drunk through psychic vision?) lol.

At this point I actually don't think he's the killer. He's clearly got something against the assemblyman, if he was the killer who just brutally murders people, why is the person he hates still alive? Unless he still needs him for something? Or murdering a public figure is too risky/too much attention? ...though if Assemblyman winds up dead soon, I'll assumme he's indeed the killer...
