Wow Melodrama with interesting sounding plot and Kim Nam Gil and Lee Elijah as leads, now I really wish this drama was real sigh....I may have to write some fanfic aboit this to get over this just being a speculative drama lol

The leads of Be Melodramatic slowly rising and getting the recognition they deserve YAY!!
First it was Jeon Yeo Bin through Vincenzo, now it's Han Ji Eun, LOVE IT!

But I do hope this has comedy in it like Vincenzo, Crime genre works much better with comedy imo. We'll see....

YESSS Nam Gyu Ri as LEAD! That is reason enough to watch this

This drama needs a KIND FEMALE LEAD tag...

Kang Da Jung letting Ahn Ga Young stay in her apartment, despite them not even being close or still barely knowing each othe r(yet)....90% of people would not allow this or would've thrown her out the moment she mentioned staying longer, but this FL just let's her and doesn't even pry why, even when she was annoying lol.
Yet they don't write her as a doormat either, she's annoyed yet understanding and very kind. We need more Kang Da Jungs out there in real life! <3

Ep 7: Ahn Ga Young confessing her past to Kang Da Jung,her prevented suicide attempt, how she healed yet still feels pain just not as acute,KDJ being so kind and underdtanding to her....All those scenes so well written, directed & acted, I cried.
And I see that this is the beginning of a beautiful sismance friendship between AGY & KDJ :). Looking forward to seeing their friendship develop, even more than the main leads' romantic pairing now.

I haven't watched that one yet, but I'm sure that once I do it will indeed be at least better than this shitshow.

Totally agreed! They should've just made this as 2 ep special, 4 eps before felt like boring filler....

Was so hard to finish even when just 6 eps, you'd think they'd make it less filler with such few eps and not feel more dragging than many 16-20 ep dramas...

Maybe because she's a sociopath lol she's supposed to be annoying. What's more annoying to me is they try to romantice her abusive behaviours and put her with the male lead sigh
To me even that brother relationship couldn't salvage this shitfest, dropped this long ago

Beyond BORING, overhyped and overrated.
Plot just drags and drags.....
Kill Me Me Heal Me, Mad For Each Other and You're My Spring did a much better job in this psychology genre.

The fans of this drama reminds me of the unthinking section of shippers fans of The Last Empress who are okay with (&even cheering on) abusive relationships & significant others being psychopaths.

So I guess this is a masterpiece if you turn your brain off lol

Totally agreed! Badly written dragging plot, but what I especially can't forgive is
Romantizicing sociopaths and abuse tricking viewers into thinking mental issues as serious as antisocial PD can be healed by romance (reality check: It can't!), spreading typical harmful stereotypes of autism (I have aspergers I'm on the spectrum) etc. sigh....

Mad For Each Other and You Are My Spring both did a much better job in writing about mental health issues and didn't try to justify sociopathy and abuse; yet they're both overlooked in favor of this NONSENSE drama

ha ha I like this idea, would solve both overpopulation (& thus good for enviroment) & Mental health issues which are 99% caused by bad/evil/selfish parenting.
I wish it was like this, same requeirments also for becoming a father, If only...

Also he's VERY GOOD at picking projects, always has something interesting coming up (while other actors it's 50/50 if the project is good/Even watchable), he has a fantastic eye for scripts!

For example: Leads suddenly dressing up as a shamans randomness, sudden BL drama episodes, unlikely bizarre helpers, saved by animals of a sticky situation, sudden switching between super hilarious scenwes and then sudden deaths and betrayals and twisted plots ....Basically if you like random humour mixed in with depressive moods, I recommend this drama, but some people think it's too out there.
Also the relationships developed between not just the two leads but nearly the whoole cast end up being really touching and satisfying to watch, whole cast is great.

Give the first few eps a try, the first 2 eps are boring ,nothing much happens until end of ep2/start of ep3, but then it suddenly gets REALLY good.
Some people hate on this drama based on the sucking first few eps only, so better watch some eps before judging....If you don't like this after watching the first 4 or 5 eps though it's probably not for you.....

Some people dislike the blend of thriller with comedy, but if you're like me who likes zany antics and random hiraliousness with dark comedy this will be more you're cup of tea. Some people find the plot too creative/weird combo but drama is for the more open-minded and not boring genre-purists who prefer cliche and typical thriller dramas.
All depends on taste....

1. Love Shuffle (Total gem that noone knows about...The deepest drama I've ever watched, general drama audience too dumb for this anyways lol)
2. I'm Sorry I Love You (Pain-sensitive & depth-allergic romcom audiences keep hating on this emotional classic)
3. Angel Destiny (strong females as multiple leads, yet people only notice dramas with weak female leads)

.....all should be rated 10 yet the idiotic kdrama audience rates shallow cliche dramas more highly le sigh
