OYS is good at kissing scenes with more active agressive style kissing parters, such as Lee Seung Gi in Hwayugi second half, Jung Woo in Mad For Each Other and will with CJH who is also the active aggresive type kisser.... Joo Won and Seo Inguk where way too passive style Kissers for her.
She's good at receiving kiss and actually Kissing back, not good at actively kissing, the receiver not the initiator.... So someone like CJH or Ji Chang Wook with more actively aggresive style kissing would definitely bring out her better kissing.

The swedish original is realistic slice if life melo that REQUIRES ALOT of great acting. Literary the Whole thing would fall apart with bad actors, so this casting choice was logical and the ONLY WAY if they are to make a good korean version....
