There's no synopsis so here you are:

This was basically a torture, humiliation and bullying fest starting with royal cousin forcing a girl into a room with a drunk/drugged prince as an antidote (he even called off the physician!and laughed jolly locking them in). Then the drugged royalty raped the girl while berating her for drugging his wine during banquet, which of course makes perfect sense because he's a king and she a random delivery girl who was already bullied by would-be-prince-consort and said royal cousin. And after the rape , he kicks her out while throwing at her accusations and slander, and a jade pendant as his gesture of ?????. The poor village dummy goes home where she is again tortured, humiliated and bullied by lovely stepmother and her son, who is constantly handsy and tries to rape her in the 8th month of pregnancy. The heavily pregnant girl runs away and is recognized by the same royal cousin who caused all her misery (and the jade pendant), while bleeding in the ditch. She is brought in to be presented to her rapist and father of her child with, again, humiliation, bullying and jolly laughter, because nothing spells romance like jerk with power putting down poor and disadvantaged (powerless) peasant girl who works her ass off during pregnancy to pay for healing her dying father. And on and on it goes: the rapist insisting that the girl is after position and money, while slowly convincing himself that she is the only one he will love- between put downs and being offended by her lack of gratitude. And the 2fl and her people plus stepmother and her son are continuing to torture the heavily pregnant woman.... I dropped halfway because it was ridiculous.
I can not believe that China still makes this kind of crap.

I am wondering why the main characters are so relaxed when it comes to dealing with aliens. whether or not they outright kill humans I would be grabbing pitchforks and rolling out cannons to wipe out sobs from the surface of the earth. We can destroy our planet, humanity and every living thing here on our own, thank you. the stupidity of the folks knowing what jianghu code of ethics is and still allowing foreigners to take over is stunning 😱🤨🤔

what an amazing story! I am getting closer to the end and not reading any comments because honestly this is the best cdrama I had ever seen and I am stunned by the moral and humanistic messages of this monstrosity from who knows where that is an apt metaphor for literally EVERYTHING that is going in our world now. 9.5/10 and going....

I am not sure if this is really a drama or a comic book played by actors duped into doing this idiotic story... it would have been a much better one if not for the modern contraptions and kids shooting machine gun 🥴🤨😵‍💫🤓😳😱😔

this was one of better romances in vd. the ml character was very unusual, almost modern in his ideas, but still very traditional in Confucian upbringing. the romance was slow to start but once it did we could see how much passion and pure love there was. I thought both leads were really good though fl character as written was a bit lacking in definite traits IMHO. 8/10for me

this was fun watch albeit without the need for using your brain. I actually enjoyed the dumb plot because the characters, dialogue and script were decent if you disregarded all the nonsense of hidden identity that could not be any more realistic than Alladins 's lamp😉 not like Mr and Mrs Smith but still cute

this was super sweet: ml loved his wife as a 9th prince with zero prospects for the throne and he does everything in his power to honor, respect and protect his wife after becoming the emperor. I am so amazed by the actor who at 19 can do this much. hope he is not used like YML. Thank you for posting this title. I came across it accidentally but on this page it's really helpful 🤩❤️

this is on par with Joy of Life s1! It was 8.0 for me from the end of the first episode and halfway through I am savoring it 9.0 and rising. OST is AWESOME!!!!

I am not a fan of fantasy but both ml and fl are actors that I value/follow so I am watching and so far- not disappointed!😁

I did. Lovely story of friendship and no skinship "innocence only" romance. If not for the weak ending, it would gave been at least 8.5 for me. This is for young heroes interested in classic wuxia where logic sometimes falls off the wagon and catches up a bit later😆🙃

yep, the review by daydreamer summed it up: cast into nonsense like dozens of other cdramas released end of last year and this January (Sharp Blade in the Snow for example). oh what a waste of time and effort.😒😒😒

yes, neither website nor tv or pc app will play it and sometimes I can see it on my history and sometimes I can't. Got rid of subscription altogether and just wait for YT or DM to be posted
