I like Chang Hua Sen and im surprised to see him in a short drama when he has done projects with big names, but…
he deserves main role and if it means shorter series, so be it. Some actors never get to big productions but look at Li Fei - a household name in short and sometimes dubious dramas finally brought him to the longer ones. Perhaps it will be another case of Chang Lei who is good in short stuff and mega projects, and we just watch out for his appearance just about in anything. I agree with you on Mr. Chang Hua Sen's talent.
there is no historical realm per se - this is just imaginary device of FL's subconscious to get out of the impossible situation in modern times where she lives. The fact that she works with antiques and damaged the old painting gave her subconscious the push to use that setting to figure out her current situation post accident in which she lost memory.

a very happy ending! childhood sweethearts kiss each other and the palace goodbye and go on their marry way to be normal people unrelated to any royalty. SLs are happy as well.
