Yes - such a delicate well woven story. I have grown to sympathize for the magistrate I and his predicament and…
I think it is great that the center of the focus is being forced to marry as a man rather than woman. And I love how the "impulsive carefree ML" grows through this drama
This latest case from ep 20-22 may be my favorite so far. Not necessarily for how it was solved but more for the…
yes! Blossom and River Code are on par with this except this has more humor in the part of Young Master Qin. I rated them both 10 and this is on its way there.
I am enjoying ZZL in this role! He is so ridiculously self-centered as a character but delivers such a great performance. Also, the slow and delicate connection between the Magistrate and the leading lady - swoon worthy! Hu Bing Qing and He Peng are so good together and separately.
Thanks for connecting all of those dots because that dude gave me the creepiest vibes; and like we saw his face…
I am loving all that you guys pulled together! I have been raising my rating from the beginning and every time I start a new episode, I beg the universe for the filmmakers to have done a better job that in most c dramas with choppy second part of the story and the ending. THIS THOUGH LOOKS AMAZING!
This is almost "exactly" like that 🤣 Like it "technically" has a different plot and more characters but every…
I have not but I bet SWL was fabulous as a machine in it!🤣🤣🤣 He is soooo bad with facial expression basically having permanently pissed facade or smiling like an adolescent when he first discovers hard on in public (using spoiler to not piss off his fans), I seriously cannot watch him playing human beings without shaking my head in disbelief. Sorry. He might be handsome but does not now how to act and did not hear of microexpression
Here's a thought. If you are lost in the desert and it's really hot and you're sweating buckets, why don't you…
You are a riot! "Like Battlefield Earth head meets 70s porno mustache" 😁🤣😁🤣😂❤️🤣I am laughing with you, my friend! I am starting with 7.5/10 for the up to ep3 because of all the "chuckle value" but let's see if my choice of short c dramas is being proven again by this high budget big stars thing. I do hope it won't be another Love in the Desert or Didi Show in Dafeng. And here is a reply from my dog with double coat regarding heat and cold - because it insulates in any extreme weather, but otherwise, I am so in agreement with your observations on how cheesy this is!
Oh really? The synopsis doesn't tell much so I've been going back and forth contemplating whether to start the…
hey, did any interesting eng subbing recently? I am desperately looking for eng version of My One Night Rule, but alas, just ep 1.😒you are so talented, thought I would ask
What do you mean they weren't punished? Their lovers LITERALLY killed them when they found out what they had done…
I enjoyed your discussion!!! Thank you! I am with you on the point of what is punishment vs what is right. Killing of the villain on the screen (for me) is only okay when done 1) AFTER it was brought up to the public attention through the court of law as a deterrent and some sort of revealing of bad deed by the perpetrator, or 2) AFTER it was brought up to the public attention through the court of law and when the victim decides it's the right thing to do. Private killings while even justified, don't sit well with me - unless in self-defense. Mercy killing must include the actual asking for death by the one that will die. Oh, this is so great to hear other's thoughts! THANKS!

So if anyone is wondering the title "DOES" make sense it's just a bad translation 🤣 Even if you take the official…
I loved your explanation of the title as I have a private Alternative Titles list going for a lot of cdramas that were idiotically translated 🤣🤣🤣You should petition for oficially changing this MiC into IDWWaPbGaloIA! Also good review!
of all the dumb dramas with "trapped in the game"/corporate competition with contract marriage tropes, I find this smart, well written, casted and played, AND fun to watch!
