guys im hesitant to watch it, is there a romance line between Taec and so hyun? i feel uncomfortable since they…
You can watch it. Their chemistry is strong enough to make you forget it, and the girl is a really good actress, so the discomfort disappears little by little. Still I would have liked it better if they had cast an older actress. Don't know what it is with this trend of pairing teenagers with adults for romance...

Wow. I agree with so many things. I think what I like the most in republican era drama is the visuals: the settings, costumes (LOVE the fashion of this period), colors.
My favorite in the list is Cruel romance...only the first part though...the second half of the drama was ruined.
I dropped The cage of love but don't remember why. Battle of Changsha is truly good but the ending was too much...I like the realism in the depiction of war and its impact on people's everyday life but at the same time it was just so :((((( Same for Too late to say I love you...can't handle too much violence. I didn't enjoy lady an liar because of the cliché and I was really looking for something different at the time, but still it's a nice drama I think.

I recently watched THE DISGUISER and it's really good too.

The heirs was hilarious, I stick to my belief. This drama was a marketing fraud!
I liked BOF in the beginning (yes...I was young & much more immature lol ) but Geum Jan Di became unbearable, and also I just couldn't stand that "Almost paaaaaaaradiiiiiiiiiiise" song anymore. ROFL
To the beautiful you...well...I had seen enough of Hana Kimi so I didn't even try this one.
Good article though.
On Bring It On, Ghost Aug 10, 2016
The synopsis makes it look so interesting. Imma try it.
I have this weird problem with Ok Taec Yeon though. No matter how hard I try I can't picturize this guy in my head as a random Korean guy. I have no idea why I can't get off my head he's American too. I know he's got Korean blood and family and all...but to me this guy is an American playing a Korean guy in a K-drama. lol
Well...as long as I like the drama I'll survive.

Title Remembering Lichuan Spoiler
I read the novel and I find their romance unhealthy. I'm not a fan of obsessional love (very unhealthy) and stubborn…
It's kinda a happy ending, but with still a sad note related to his "condition".
On The Disguiser Jul 30, 2016
I finally decided to watch this. It's just the beginning but I can tell I already love Da jie!
Also it's like the cast was pulled off NIF. lol

Update: I don't know what it is but I can't get into the story as much as I would like. I usually enjoy smart mind games so much, but here I just feel tensed, anxious, nothing else. It's not enjoyable. Gosh Nirvana in fire is starting to be like a drama curse to me. I keep being unsatisfied after tasting a drama like that. :((( Even a good drama like this one doesn't feel that good. I want some Mei Changsu level of scheming and cold strikes. I want my jaw falling off in face of a character's brillance and genius!!!!!

It's still a very good drama though...except for the romance. Like many others I find Ming Tai's love line so boring, so bland, he has more chemistry with the other girl, this line is a total fail so far. lol

Awwww I love this article. So true. I agree with everything!!! Especially Won Bin, first F4, Kimi was Petto and Yeo Jin Goo. I swear I thought the child actors were soooooooooooo much better than the adult versions in the TMTETS!!!!
I feel nostalgic now...

I like it because Gong Shim and Dan Tae are so different. I love the fact they're weird and funny. But as many mentioned before, Beautiful Gong Shim is no longer about Gong Shim! @_@ That's messed up.
On MARS - Tada, Kimi wo Aishiteru Jul 5, 2016
I'm so deeply affected by Mars that I wanted to see another version. But based on the comments and some spoilers I read, I'll save my time and skip this one. Too bad, would have been great to enjoy this one of a kind story all over again.
On Beautiful Gong Shim Jul 4, 2016
Well...my ride with Joon Soo is ending there.
Please writer-nim/production team STOP EXTENDING DRAMAS...you always end up ruining them by dragging dead horses!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Title Five Enough Spoiler
Yun Tae did wrong in standing up his parents. :( She was mad at him, not them. She's creating unnecessary trouble for herself, if ever she decides to get back with Sang Min.
On The Legendary Warrior Jul 1, 2016
Bad. They made the hero, king and generals so stupid and foolish. It's an insult to their characters to portray them as idiots. The romance with the concubine stuff was weird. I felt so sorry for his "first" wife. The story felt wasted and ridiculous because of the strong emphasis on comics. What a let down drama despite a great potential.
Very good. It's true some aspects remind of NIF (brotherhood, fighting against corrupt court and corrupt officials, subtle but nice romance, etc.) but the story of course and the feel are totally different.
I found it hilarious how many lost family members, lost sworn brothers, or people he saved the main guy had awaiting to meet him. lol
Some characters were a bit annoying but as a whole it was really an enjoyable wuxia. :)
Wagang heroes were really honorable and impressive.

don't neurosurgeons have psychological evaluation before they get their license tho? there's no way he would pass…
Wow...I thought robotics were used to perform the tasks programmed by the surgeon. Not that they were also doing all the decision making. @_@
It's scary since medical condition and healing does not only depend on rationally controlable factors. I don't like this future for surgery...

Title The Promise
Contrary to a lot of comments, this was actually decent. Though I definitely agree about "what was the writer…
We agree to disagree then. Or we disagree to disagree. It's all good and ok.
