This is what I think. When he was sending the text , he hesitated . he wanted to leave her hanging. He was getting to that point where he needed a clear answer. But then he did. That is why he told her that on some level he wanted her to worry but I don’t think he ever expected that strong of a reaction. He was shocked . I don’t think he is confident yet . She spends time with him yes but we have still not scene that preference/partiality yet . In some ways though he did get the answer he wanted. He will be even more confident now . The FL is very cautious after the bad experience

I HONESTLY don’t think that is true. Song Wei Long is the ML - there is no doubt about that . It’s just that their paths crossed a teeny bit later than usual that is all. The story’s still centered around him and the FL .

Yes there was instant attraction and there was nothing he could do about it . I mean he has had his eye on her for 2 yrs or so? But he also probably realized that something is not adding up.

There were opportunities but she becomes tongue tied whenever she sees him even when he says the most wretched and meanest things to her . That is her issue. Let’s hope that she gets it out of her system and be done with it. All the confidence she has regained should help her

Initially he was confused and there was resentment but once he observed her and saw her for who she was - he came to the realization that she may not be that kind of person. I think he has come to the conclusion that something else happened there.

I really like how the ML is taking a chance with her even though he still has that misunderstanding about the car accident in the background. It takes a lot of courage to take that step since that accident caused so much damage to him. Him making that effort to get to know and understand her will help move this relationship forward. This drama is so beautifully done!

As I am rewatching- she was already into him when they went to that wedding - because she asking him all these questions about his personal life but I guess she did not want to admit it :)
