Yeah FL is meh- I did not dig her character but Arthur is very good. He carried that show- his character was pretty much the beating heart of that story

Oh Duan Xu has recorded all the power dynamics in the Void in his brain. And he has survived thus far because he has taken care of himself. But he also realizes very well that he is a mortal and they are spirits and that they are way more powerful than him. It is a self awareness not being stupid or clingy. He is in survival mode

He has really performed his role beautifully . He has also woven the fact that the character is very young into that portrayal . He seriously is an amazing actor

I think though - they did capture some of He Simu’s intentions to bring him to the Void. You can also see that she is torn. You can see her inner conflict very well. But I think they also show how cold she can be. I still think Yan Ke only wants to own He Simu - he lusts after her immense power. I don’t think he has a love brain
