Yep . That is the thing she knew and she went into it open eyed. And now everything is somehow his fault. Her desperation and obsessive fixation on him is not at all endearing. If anything i am now rooting for them not getting together unless she goes through some overnight transformation into a person with a little more empathy and emotionally more stable. Right now they are both not healthy people.

You are right it takes 2 to tango but in this case he is already emotionally impaired and we can’t expect him to give her everything she wants . That would be the premise to this relationship. If he were a normal person yes she can behave as she does and throw all those tantrums but what she is doing now is abuse on a person who is ill. She knows about his condition and has known from the beginning that it is hard for him to get into a relationship. No she is being totally unreasonable and yes she is toxic. If there was one instance where o would be sure that someone is toxic - it is here . He will never be completely normal and he won’t be there for her emotionally. She needs to accept that first. He understands that more than her which is what is interesting. He does not want that for her. She so already tired and frustrated . Can you imagine what will happen after a few more months or years ? And in what condition would he be in then? These are the things she needs to think about before plunging in like that. It’s so easy to sweep his condition under the rug and think everything is fine and how long can you live like that?

Well ML does not want a relationship- he has told her time and again that he cannot handle it. Has been very honest but he keeps coming back because she is keeps pulling him in . Gu Yi should not have provoked him like that if she was not ready to handle all the consequences. And now she is not happy with it . I blame her totally for the mess we are seeing now

Absolutely! She is a ticking time bomb and keeps blowing hot and cold . This is not at all healthy for him. At this point I do not think they should get together. He needs some one who is emotionally well adjusted and is empathetic enough to support him while he tries to do better. The FL is not that person if anything she will make him get worse where he may shut off completely. She is playing with him like a toy . And those friends of hers are all ridiculous as well. Not one person there who genuinely cares for him. Even her mom understands how fragile he is , but this FL she just keeps going on and on about herself- she should have thought about it carefully before going all in- what exactly did she think this was going to be?

Ok my verdict after ep 17. The FL is a complete whack job. She is a basket case. What the hell is she doing to him? I am truly scared for the ML if he is going to be with this woman . And then she goes to the extent of victimizing herself in front of everyone . she needs to stop obsessing over him before she messes him up further. She is just not normal at all. She is the one who wanted this relationship and now she is not happy with anything . She expects him to become normal overnight? Him admitting that he likes her itself must have been such a struggle for him. She does not understand or empathize with him - she is going to torture him to death if this goes on

Well this is abuse at this point. The ML given how fragile he is- I would not be surprised if he breaks apart. So far I also think that the FL also needs major therapy- she is a damaged person and has a huge victim complex. She definitely needs a lot of attention as well. That is why she gets on that stage and talks about herself like that.

Well that’s a problem with editing - they do that in a lot of dramas and yes that is frustrating .
The ML/FL relationship there is a rollercoaster but that is because Bai Lu’s character is so conflicted between her mission and the fact that she is falling in love with him. That was done well actually . I consider TTEOM a masterpiece unlike none other
