Oh my god! The Fu Ling needs to go. How much more evil can she be. She and the Cold Spring Palace care about nothing or anyone . There should be no redemption arc for her or Chong
Zhao. They are just plain despicable

With these dramas you never know which way they will go till the end but the entire story is usually very satisfying . And as long as that is there I am fine. I also wished that TTEOM had the novel ending where. TTJ comes back fully especially given every thing he went through , but oh well!

But Chang Mei is too. Very selfish and cunning and manipulative. It’s is a different and more scary kind of evil

That Chang Mei is too cunning and unpredictable. Wow I can’t believe she separated FY. and BS by cursing tian Huo. These episodes are nail biting! I wish Bai Shuo were not so impulsive in accepting Chang Mei’s proposal !

Of course Fan Yue ‘s character has been written beautifully. But Bai Shuo on the other hand- I am on 17 and I am a little frustrated with her right now because she is getting easily manipulated by Chong Zhao- she is blindsided . And she is not fully committed to Fan Yue yet

Definitely! There werrr other ways for him to do this. And to top it after all this he is being self righteous as ever

Ok I am on 16 and I need Bai Shuo to stop letting Chong Zhao so close. I don’t like women who do this. I feel like she takes Fan Yue very lightly. And he is right she does not consider that Ching Zhao is dangerous. She is so blind sighted when it comes to him

None of us do. She is just pure dark evil with no redeeming qualities to take into consideration

I actually was fine with the TTEOM ending given the story arc. :). She atleast had a daughter

I am ambivalent about the ending given how good the drama is

I am catching up. On ep 16: Chong Zhao as double agent?? I mean the way he is going on a killing spree for Fu Ling is just too much! Is he redeemable? Are the Eternals ok with him doing this just to get some intel? Where is the limit here ? I think he is on a destruction path here.
