I kind of believe your crazy theory now that this could all be about the ML and not exactly the FL- may be this is all in his head while he is in a coma and they are tryigg no to revive him

Yes ML’s memories about Xu are not real either. He seems to hav lost 6 yrs worth of memories which seems to have been due to that accident he had that we see in the trailer . So both the ML and FL have distorted memories at this point. Such a sad story. At least we know now that this world is real

Ok- yeah this is a very interesting story and has a lot of political stuff that is happening . The ML and FL characters are written very well. And the story is good

The probability of the ML being in a coma is lower than the FL. That would be a crazy theory. I think it is the FL who is at the center of this- something has happened to her. I mean why was HBY so deranged when he came to get the FL from this world? He definitely looked like someone whose brain was experimented on. And Xu just disappeared from the rooftop . And you are right - it is all about falling. I am wondering if Xu was a temporary visitor in the ML’s world . Is the ML also in a capsule ? But why does he always appear in front of the FL no matter where she is? I feel like she is the one who has forgotten him

And you are right - the HBY world should be the real one in theory - if that’s the case then why is the ML a virus? Was he against them/ her entering VR? But then why would the ML not want them to go back to the ‘real’ world? Because he prevented them from jumping. I still think what ever transpired between the ML and FL in the real world and Xu are the link.

Yes that was episode 18 and that is what made me wonder too- he was hinting that the FL was in a Matrix and she was going from one VR to the other like Inception? Which would mean both these worlds are fake. Now that she is looking through her diary will it give us some clues? My question is also how real is the ML? I hope there is a version of him in the real world. Did she conjure him up in the fake world because she cares about him? I am curious as to what really happened between them

This is my take as well that both the 2018 and 2025 realities are simulated. The real story is yet to be revealed. Lol yes a very serious case of ‘Inception going on here .

Is the 2018 world real is actually my question as well only because things still seem too planned out for the FL- even how she finds the means to survive so easily- it’s like things just work out . I feel like the reality is something very different from the 2 worlds. And the connection definitely is the Xu guy and yes it is very interesting that only the ML and FL are aware of him while none of the others are. It’s also interesting that Jiang Bo appears when she has no options left in this world - to give her opportunities that would make her settle in this world. It is complicated !

You may be right there . He is seeking answers to the chaos in his life and the FL is as well and it is all due to this experiment. But do we know yet that his mom works at that particular lab? That has not been revealed yet
