Then you need to watch only pure romance. Because some of these other things add substance to the story . Also for the fantasy to have a foundation you have to have back stories and additional details. It is called world building That is how fantasy works well. Your complaining is just for the sake of it. Oh and let me say this- they have a lot of chemistry that definitely comes across. I am just stating facts here. And WDTBD had way more war, destruction and politics than this one LOL.

Looking at the ML and FL’s character I don’t think so. They are both very powerful in their own right and their personalities don’t lend to submission. And I hope they don’t do that . That is when I may stop liking this drama as much

Yeah their chemistry is amazing. Especially in episode 6 when he can sense her in his chambers . And she is being all flirty. The expression on his face is just hilarious! I am thoroughly loving this one .
