She also punishes herself for the same reason (yes it’s a rule - that is a given) but she also knows that Yan Ke had manipulated the whole All -Knowing episode where Duan Xu gets hurt. She is baiting him again here. Also during this phase where her power is restricted Jaing Ai is going to help her . That is the plan

So I get what He Simu is doing - she is deliberately pushing Yan Ke off the edge - putting a lot of pressure on him, letting him think that she is on his side etc. all so he can be driven off the edge and make that one mistake. Then she is going to get him

Everything- this story and how/who the FL and ML protagonists are - it is just one of a kind . They have adapted the story beautifully on screen . If you think about it - this could have gone so wrong in many ways given the content- but they have worked so hard to give us something this good.

That all white outfit she wore when she went to se BSX in the prison after she returns - she was absolutely stunning in that
