But maybe it will be too much because it would mean they killed innocent peoples all along ?

He doesn't love her romantically but he does have a bond with her. Technically, she is his sister as they were both born by "God". :P

You have themes such as Genocide, Murder, Torture & Slavery in this fiction. But Fate -literally created by a higher being to be more a thing than a human- being obsessive & not really right in his head was just too much for you ? Don't get me wrong, I'm not here saying he is a model that people should follow -neither the writer I would dare to say- but your reaction is just... extreme.

If I knew your take was really that Fate was corrupting the young for being such "a veil and illicit character" I wouldn't have wasted my time to be honest.

You don't need to be that worked up over a fiction you know.

-"They are all about pestering and forcing the FL against her will isn't?" True, but it's always the case with obsessive characters. They are feeding themselves with their own logic and made all their decision based on that.

Just to be sure and maybe we argue about nothing & just misunderstanding each others: Are you complaining that this characters his described as emotionless & detached others than Pearl BUT what they show in this -based on your opinion- is the opposite: that in fact he loves her romantically & so he should care more about Pearl actual feeling and not be that obsessive about his own goal ? If it was the case, I disagree as it was never about love in the first place.

From what I understood, he truly believe in fate. All thing are already written. BUT it doesn't affect being like Han Tian (God) & his two artifact Book of Fate & Pearl (Fate can literally change fate, as to why the current world is mess up - and Pearl as her own freedom of choice as to why the situation from the past mess up). The three of them have their free will. Also I don't think EVERYTHING is planed before hand. Because if it was, why the "evil deities" could have beat the "upright deities" that made the sky shattered in the first place ?

All of that just to say, he want to everything to stay the same (fate) with Pearl but she has her own agenda and go bulldozer mode destroying everything he knew. I don't think he "love" her (I don't think he ever did say he was), it's mostly his obsession and fear that make him doing what it does.

I also really like it. It's just I don't really understand why they would think they would be "trap" in the game forever if they don't complete their task AND if they truly believe that, their reaction are really mild.

Like in the first place, they came to "beta test" a game they wanted to invest in. Not some sketchy evil corporation that wanted them to be trap in a game forever.

I think it would have been better to just have them competing over the deal with the game company, it would have been more "realistic" (well, as far the initial plot could be) and them being really competitive doesn't seems that odd they wouldn't just let the others win easily!

Anyway, It's quite minor and it's the only thing that keep bothering me as everything else is fun to watch. ^^

Probably in strong deny. He just doesn't to get involve with romance because of the trauma he got from his mother death. He is healing but he will still be blind to his feeling for a long time I think.

Well, she is one of the main cast, so you will see her regularly even if I would say that she don't have that many scenes yet. But this drama is quite filled with character that will make your blood boil as it's filled with misogynistic peoples and not just slightly but it represent quite well how were treated women in the past.

I didn't remember OG Ossan's Love with deep emotional dive tbh. ^^ It was silly & over-the-top typical of Japan comedy. So they just conserved the main plotline but keep the vibe & spirit of the OG series.

Gao Qiu Min & Princess of Qingyang both have shitty father. What did she do to deserve that everytime ? :x

The first thing that come to my mind when I heard Witches in K-drama is "It's Okay to Not Be Okay" & "Hotel del Luna". Both FL aren't Witches but they surely give that vibe.

I just can't with the KlaoWarit plotline. It's so wrong on so many level that I will not care about them anymore. x)

It really seems I have a hard time with the "second couple" on those stories as I didn't liked PondSand storyline either. I'm not that bothered by it as they don't take that much screen time.

And my poor Gun! Yotha need to redeem himself but it seems it will go this way in the next episode.

I don't have issue with the cheating plot but saying that 90% of failed relationship are because someone cheat is a bit too much. ^^'

I also think he is ace but sex/physical contact could also be his trauma as his reaction are very strong akin to disgust (meaning he could overcame it and be sexually active if he want to).

But Aro ? We know too little to say that. The fact that he like or not the ML isn't a proof of being Aro or not. The only proof for that would be him saying "I never had romantic feeling for anyone". That being said, I do think he have feeling for ML. If not why would he propose to make that relationship with ML in the first place ? It's a LOT for just being a good friend. Or just twisted.

They will 100% get caught, right ? Like, I got anxiety for them expecting at any moment a paparazzi to ruin their moment right there. xD

No, they are "missing" from what I remember. But it's pretty clear where they are: FL is the Moon Goddess that given the power to the Eternals and ML is the "Demon God" that given Demons their powers. A third party is involved (the 3 children thing seems to be the reincarnation of the Divine) but that I can't remember if it was mentioned in the beginning.

Wasn't it hinted that Cheng Zhao is the third child ? He is from the Eternal Race (like the Turtle said) and have his "mark on his forehead".

His legs were broken by the Stone Clan. He is the "young man" they keep mentioning. My guess is that he killed by himself the Tiger Clan (or maybe the Cold Spring Master helped ?) and went to the Blaize Clan Village. After that, the Stone Clan came to stole it but something went massively wrong leading to the moment where he lost his legs (Cang Shan went berserk mode or his berserk mode was forced by -again- Cold Spring Master ?). Not sure how the "resentment" that keep following the Stone Clan appeared (did he summon his dead clan members to take his revenge ? With again the help of the Cold Spring Master ? We will see.) but it's how it lead to today event if I would take a guess.

But I don't really know why he hate ML so much. It isn't his fault at all as he was clueless to almost everything. Maybe Cold Spring Master brainwashed him or he just needed someone to blame for all that happen to him. Seems a bit forced to add some brotherly drama, so I hope writer have a better idea from where come from his hate on his brother.

If you didn't catch it, his "attempts" to change fate will never be successful. Why ? Because his current timeline have already incorporated his attempts and MXL still died in the end. It's a temporal loop.

For the first attempt, even if it was a bit clumsy, a day really passed between when he possessed his body and confronted the Master of Decaying. He needed to locate him, prepare and he didn't know the 1-day limit at that time.

So now, on his third attempt he will also "fail". Well, not entirely because it was because of this attempt that MXL didn't die when Sang Li attacked Moonlight Height. It was also how XXC killed the Elder Gao and was "possessed by the dark clan" plotline begins.

It also means that he cannot change fate with the Mirror of Samsara. I'm really curious how it will unfold after that.

I don't think Book of Fate is cruel, he is just overly detached from everything except Pearl of Chaos. A bit like the current NXY who is only focused on MXL. He even tried to kill his "best friend" for her & he didn't have much power. Now imagine him with Godly power that can literally rewrite history + lived with her "obsession" for eon. You can easily imagine the outcome.

For me they have the same personality except Book of Fate have lived for MUCH MUCH longer time + having power that can just break the world, so yeah, the outcome of his obsession is so much worst.
