Remember Ae never really came out. He didn't hide his relationship with Pete, but he never told her that he was in one at all; not to my recollection. I think he just kinda ignored her or they wrote her off before they could go anywhere with that.
The love scene was stilted, but that may have been because of the actors or writing; considering 5 episodes were wasted for a retelling, not to mention the episodes are shorter, and have twice as much content that looks like it won't be explored or resolved

Finally another Will fan. Folk on here be tripping about him. He is literally the least problematic person on this show
