currently watching. I'm on op 8 and it's just 12 eps. It's quirky, funny and actually the production quality is quite decent. The Queen is very ugly so far but she's really amazing.
The King is a fatuous one. It's fun and satisfying to see how the Queen deals with situations.
This is helping me get through a drama drought.

another good Chinese drama without subs. Sigh

the FB group subbing subbed up to like ep 20 then pulled them down because they said someone stole their subs. UGH. I've been trying to finish this drama for about 2+ years.

so far it seems silly and the acting awful. Did the acting or writing dramatically improve at some point?
And yes the actors are hot but when they talk or move... :(

it's a crack drama. Just watched ep 1 and feel like I wanna re-watch that ep!

The actresses look like they're flailing in the action scenes.
It is so dumb looking! They might as well be hitting each other with yard sticks.
The footwork is lame. Very disappointing first episode.
I may give it a try and see if it gets better but my lord.

it's very disappointing. It seems unintentionally comedic. The acting is cartoonish and facial expressions over done. The photo stills are great, it's the acting that kills the mood. Could be good but I have to force myself to watch it, then stop for awhile and go back but not enjoying it.

I watched a little got disgusted at how the 2 men she loved and trusted the most basically took advantage of her trust, used her and ruined her life.

The first 2 eps seemed ridiculous but I was curious so I fast forwarded and skipped the cringey parts. Loved the rest and yes there were things in there that were crazy in real life but in DramaWorld made sense. Great chemistry and boy is he something. Loved it.

They changed the group name and link, I had been accepted into the group.
Then just recently they took down some of the videos including Princess Jieyou (partly subbed) because someone stole their sub work and put it up at one of those other sites. :(
