ikr! so many characters in dramas/ books are toxic af but we overlook it bcs theyre good looking. but tbh i dont…
It is very bad if we're being honest and realistic about it (I know we're not supposed to). She treated her other male employee really badly as well. If I think about working at a company where my boss constantly screams at me and belittles me etc... it's horrible and lowkey (highkey) grounds for a lawsuit.
Happy about the pairing but curious about how they'll redeem the FL's character. At this point I'm just so sick of snobbish characters like that. We've seen it a lot the other way around of course but nevertheless... Their behaviour gets "excused" by some kind of trauma and because they're good looking and hard working. Unfortunately, it doesn't work like that and only SOME dramas excel in properly redeeming the character and exposing the true nature of their horrible attitude.
I tried watching the first episode but the CGI looks a bit cheap to me and for the first time in my life that kinda bothered me. Does it get better or let's put it that way... is the story worth my time? Please don't take this the wrong way! T-T I'm not a hater, just someone with not a lot of time hihi
I was a bit skeptical of the writing from the beginning to about the middle of the drama but when things slowly unraveled and got explained, I was happy to see that it was actually all done very well - even if things seem a bit unrealistic at first. I quite enjoyed this :)
you see.. I was willing to accept a lot of over the top nonsense from this drama but episode 12 has me belly laughing at the absurdity of the situation, I'm sorry LMFAO
I haven't watched ep 11 yet but i kinda feel bad for the real Paik Sa Eon... that kid should have got some therapy instead of being locked away and murdered...
Many years have gone by and I still mourn what could have been between FL and 2ML... I need them to reunite for a 4th time and PLSSS finally be together.
The story is quite shallow and feels simple even for a short 8 ep drama but what really makes this a fun experience is the SPECTACULAR production. The direction, the beautiful cinematography, a unique style... and that certain soundtrack made me properly feel that tension I haven't felt in years. Yokohama Ryusei has a deadly gaze in this, makes you melt like butter.
Sorry, just something I had to get off my chest.
