More than just good. Not perfect, but thereβs so much to love about it that you can easily fall for it.

Killer and Healer is an original work but the script later got turned into a novel. It has a lot of background information that we didn't get to see in the TV show (especially things about Chen Yuzhi's childhood).
It's an original work, but there's a novel, too. I can highly recommend it. It's a bit different, especially the ending (you know what I mean). There's also an unfinished but awesome audio drama. If you want more information on that or the novel just let me know.

Even after cutting some scenes this drama still contains some lines that make you wonder if the censors had slept on that one. There will be at least one more scene (I think it was in episode 35) but regarding Chen Yuzhi and Jiang Yuelou with Jin Dacheng seemingly gaf about censorship π. It's so obvious that the main characters are more than just friends and their acting is top notch, if you ask me. I'm only at episode 16 but it's already so nice to observe the development of their relationship. β€οΈ

Do you really really wanna know before watching it til the end? I can definitely recommend watching it, regardless how the show ends. It's such a well made drama and the romance between the main leads is just so heart-warming and adorable, despite the censorship.
