Mango TV made a vid later with an alt ending but it was made from already existing scenes. It's on YouTube. There's also a FMV called Blissful on YouTube which imho is a lot better than the one from Mango TV. Infact the FMV turned out really nice.

Definitely, yes.... a thousand times... even more (not me being totally biased by the main couple). Imagine two hot as hell looking guys with an insane chemistry constantly smiling at each other, looking into each others eyes, touching each other. 🥰🥰🥰

I think they never will. It's sad, even more so as there were only a few chapters left.

But at least the raws are available. And the MTL version is good enough to read it. Only a few parts were a little messed up for me.

Indeed, the story has some huge inconsistencies. I think it might be that Keying knew Gao Yun, the guy Chen Yuzhi left her with, but it just wasn't explained. I also am not sure if everything that was told to Chen Yuzhi actually happened to Keying or not. It could have been a lie to get him to do what Zhan Junbai wanted. But still, the characters made some decisions I couldn't understand. Like in the beginning, when Chen Yuzhi was imprisoned and told Jiang Yuelou that his little sister is alone waiting at home (Jiang Yuelou learned his address this day). Later Jiang Yuelou walked in front of the house seeing the little girl sitting on the doorstep but just smiled and went away. He surely must have known by then that she was Chen Yuzhi's little sister waiting for him. I would have expected that Jiang Yuelou at least would tell her to go inside and lock the door as he knew that her brother wasn't coming back. But maybe he was too occupied with work that evening. I don't know. The drama is at the strongest when it comes to the characters and their relationships. And we'll, for the plot holes we can write fanfics and fix this 😁🥰

That's what I thought too. Especially episode 17 was so cute and something I honestly was very surprised about. Don't get me wrong, I was so happy about the tie scene but it was so obvious that it really made me wonder how it could pass censorship. I love the deleted scenes, no doubt, but the story and the character are so great even without them.

There were so many adorable and obvious situations in this drama. They are so freaking romantic, more than in any other Chinese BL I've seen 🥰

I'm sad when ppl drop it. It's such a gem. I hope that some will pick it up later again🤞

Watched TU, WOH and KaH and wanna recommend to give KaH a try. It's the best Chinese drama I have ever seen so far and I'm not particularly interested in dramas situated in the Republican Era. Although, I must confess that it was nice for a change to see something in a more modern environment.

You get one hell of a romance (despite all the censorship those two are freaking romantic with their looks and touches) and the chemistry between the two main actors will give you 😍 a lot of times.

The side couple's story is a crazy roller coaster. The female lead is just great and never annoying. The acting is on a more serious level then you'll find in most other dramas and the story is solid. And well, the cat is 😻

Love Yi Bochen the most here. 😈

Chen Yuzhi, the doc knew him already because Yu Tangchun (the singer) is his patient. Right now I cannot remember another reason for Chen Yuzhi knowing him. With Jiang Yuelou, I cannot remember that he knew him beforehand. Yu Tangchun was a new opera singer in town so I don't think that Jiang Yuelou knew before he saw him singing. If I can spare some time, I'll go throught the first episodes and check this. Maybe I find some hints about the mains knowing the opera singer. If I do, I'll come back 😁. Let me be honest. Yes, it's sad af but everything you can watch before the last few scenes is just awesome. The best C-drama I've watched so far. The chemistry between the two main leads gives you heart eyes. They are just adorable and the cat is amazing. Would be nice if you give it a try. If you want to, you can avoid the ending by just skipping the last few minutes. You will not miss anything from the story and will get a nice ending if you stop watching when the characters in the last episode look at each other, talking and then start to walk. If you stop here, everything is fine. There are alternative endings on YouTube too but the official one is not so well executed.

If you are into reading fanfics there are, per today, 326 mostly fluffy and happy fics on AO3. Higgly recommended.
