That's what I was thinking too, he got a taste of his own medicine but saddly his brain still doesn't seem to compute basic information. Also I don't get how it is a smart choice to alienate her right now... but at least it's on par with his character.

Yeah, after this I'm definitly gonna watch some of his other drama. Wei Shuyu was never given any chance to shine in TLB and it always irked me, because I really felt like his character was only there to fail at everything he was supposed to do. He was so useless yet kept on being praised by the other characters (except Hao Du of course) for whatever reason. Couldn't catch Changge, betrayed her, lost Leyan, couldn't find her and even forgot about promising to bring her back, couldn't keep the crown prince safe either.... just 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
I'm very happy that here Yu Shisan is almost as different as you could get from Wei Shuyu and that we get to see how talented AF really is.

As Veninum already explained, yes he would. You might see only the high but there's also a lot of hate directed against him right now on weibo. And as I've said he had already signed for a drama even before he started filming for TLOJ, and before the success of AJTL, so now we just have to wait and see if this drama is the one he was talking about.

Oh I wholeheartedly agree with everything you've said about him. LYN has a penchant for wry self-deprecation. He doesn't seem to be in a rush to get 1st billing, especially right now with all the haters coming out of the woods. From his interview it's clear that he is very much aware of them and I feel like, sadly, he might even be second guessing himself now more than ever despite recently winning a prize for his part in AJTL.

Oh you really don't have to convince me about the SA, it's 100% what it is. When someone says they're are not interested but you keep on pestering them and initiating physical contact at every opportunity despite their very clear rejection there's simply no other words for it. This guy is just playing the pity card like a chief to get away with it... It only shows how much of a softie RY truly is at heart.

He did say during one of his livestream back in october that he already had another drama planned after TLOJ, so this might very well be it since the rumor about it started at about the same time and his schedule seems to fit with those too.
Since I don't know the story I have no strong feelings about it, but I really really love this pairing .

At this point I guess he really is just biding his time and the wedding scene we've seen is really him forcing RY and not some kind of elaborated plan like I was hoping for.

I must say that I kinda hated Wei Shuyu in TLB 🙈 but I think YSS will definitely help for my next rewatch and now I'd really love to see LYN and AF in another drama together 🙌💖 something were they could both be ML, I'm not talking BL, but maybe a detective/ mystery drama.

I like your Jackass 1 & Jackass 2 but I personally go for Dumb & Dumber.
LTG's story still feels like the weakest part of the drama to me... he could have been a very interesting love rival later turned ally, but it seems like his intellectual faculties went out the window as soon as his shifu came back into his life. I'm honestly surprise that after all this they are suddenly turning his relaionship with CY into a possible love story! And I am even more surprise that I don't hate it! Not really on board yet but if it saves us from another temper tantrum from his childish lunatic persona then I'm all for it! 👍✨
