On the other hand YL is the one always spying on her and bringing her to the rooftop under the moonlight to try to cheer her up. Our little YL has been slowly falling for our little princess for a while it seems. Foreshadowing: he was the one reassuring her that he would not forget that she was a girl and not a prince, I don't even remember how many episodes ago it was... he is also the one always cheering her up when she is down and looking out for her. He was also the one disguised as a servant ready to go with her to meet the An king even though the rest of the team had to stay behind. And he was the one who found her when she was kidnapped despite being the less experienced in the team. See how easy it is to put all these details together? Also I've just rewatched the scene on the rooftop and when he admitted to being in love he looked at her then quickly looked away. If that isn't a dead give away I don't know what is 🤷♀️ You can just check the very last minutes of ep25 if you don't believe me. Anyway that's it for me! It was a lot of fun but I need my sleep. RRY putting a hairpin in NYZ's hair after they have both recognized each other as basically husband and wife. This is a beautiful role reversal of the classical husband tucking in the hairpin for his wife after being married in chinese culture. At this point it's quite clear that you are being willfully obtuse and bringing absolutely nothing to the conversation beside barely veiled insult towards international fans simply because we do not bow to your odd theory / baseless rumor, which is getting old real fast...

LYN has had a drama reunion with all the main cast from The Long Ballad except Wu Lei 😆 but even if I'm really enjoying Hao Du & Wei Shuyu reunion right now, this is definitely the one I'm looking forward the most! 💕

??? I have very clearly given my reason why this makes no sense to me: 1. YL being nothing but supportive to NYZ & RRY relationship from the beginning 2. No hints of this in the drama. You on the other hand are only saying 'it's in the the leaked script'. At no point are you talking about even 1 scene were we could get a hint about YL's feelings for RRY. So please don't be condescending when yourself you didn't bring any hidden meanings to this conversation. Also it's not because we're on an international forum that people have absolutely no knowledge of those details being spread cleverly by filmakers like cranes in the background, one character unable to eat his noodles without cutting them or suddenly snuffed candles and so on... I won't pretend to know them all, but those are precisely details that I love and crave in Cdramas.

Well even if it isn't the princess and just some unknown character, which would be seriously weird and pointless story wise, there's still no way for me that this could be RRY. As I said from the very beginning YL has done everything he could to push NYZ & RRY together. And there is absolutely no sign of him being ambivalent/ bitter-sweet about it. I don't get why you are pushing it when this makes absolutely no sense at all 🤷♀️ This script being a fake leak is far less far-fetched than YL secretly pinning for RRY imo.

Hmmm... seems more and more like this 'leaked script' is nothing but bogus. Because at no point did it ever cross my mind that YL could be interested in RRY, especially with how much he has done to support her relationship with NYZ.
Not reading any of the comments yet! I've only watched the 1st ep and while xianxia is far from being my favorite genre I can happily say 'so far so good'! I especially liked the introduction of our CP and some of the costumes. I also gotta say that Hong Yi felt like the true form of Yuan Shen (Li Yunrui in LLtG) to me 🤭 poor guy, will he ever get the girl?? I will come back once I've finished the 4ep.
