I cannot hold myself back anymore…I became a fan of Zhao Lusi after Dating in the Kitchen and then ROTAR for how cute and funny she was.

And in the Long Ballad she surprised me…I was so scared to watch it and kept putting it off as I dislike weak and always crying girls. But she did such a stellar job that I fast forwarded just to watch the HaoYan scenes. Her portrayal of the role was the highlight of the drama for me. I was so impressed with her acting…showing such a different side…restraint, poise, elegance, tears at everything and then growth and gentle but determined internal strength. IMO she didn’t over act what could be a very annoying role or easily overlooked role. She does not possess the exotic or classic beauty. But her charm and inner beauty shines through in all that she does. And inner beauty is so much more appealing for me.

Now with WRTW, love her demeanor and very natural portrayal of a smart, strong and kind heroine. However the thing that has me ranting with praise is her micro expression. She already does a great job of expressing with her eyes but this time she takes it to another level with micro micro movements…ie the small eyebrow twitch when HFX told her to sleep in his room when they were pretending to be a married couple and then her slight facial change when HFX barged into the parlor to drag her back. There were many other instances like this where I wish the camera could focus and slow down a bit for us to appreciate it as they are so micro it is easy to miss

Ok enough of my rabbling…in closing…loving Lusi’s acting and continuous improvement. Looking forward to her future performances. Wishing more and more will come to appreciate her

Yes I really enjoyed that scene. Their love is so pure and true for each other. I’m excited for what will happen in the next episodes! Gotta go to work now but hopefully I can catch eps 29-30 tonight after kids go to bed. Ahhh the life of a working mom :)

Anyway.. another drama “hu tong” by zhao lu si and other great actors& actresses will be coming this month

I just watched ep 8. I can’t believe So Min unnie is back. I am so happy. I missed her. I thought she was only a guest for this episode but she’s in the next episode and then the next episode too. Tbh, ep 8 of season 3 was the only episode I watched. I couldn't watch the other episodes without So Min but I'm definitely watching the next episode. By the way, it was so funny how So Min entered and it was also cute and funny how Sang Yeob oppa tried greeting her by hugging her but got pushed away by her. I guess he missed her and how Jessi saw her and immmediately chest bumped her (Jessmin is back!). I just can't wait for the next episode. By the way, she is now listed as a regular member. So happy!
ps. still watching season 2 as I was so busy with assessments but when I do, I will watch ep 9 and 10 :) by the way, happy birthday Sang Yeob oppa!

So finishing up 28 and not bad at all with the angst though kudos to YY for portraying that whole punishment sequence extremely well. But I'm totally on board to harpoon junior evil and that "father"; man is a monster and doesn't deserve his throne! He doesn't care about his ppl; power and that's it. He's literally the polar opposite of BFX's father who should rule all 6 states. Now that man has the right stuff to be called a leader and a king. And very proud of our girl for being there for her man in his time of need. Official confession not needed; actions speak way louder then words. I have a suspicion that they may use that flower to restore his inner core next episode before or in Yongzhou. Going to go finish the last 5 minutes.

I thought I hated the annoying queen the most, but wow, the stupid king tops everything🤬🤬

Having more enemies is better than having a 'father' like this... I was legit trying to understand Mr lordships actions before, but now I really want a painful death for him, with his attitude being crushed into pieces. And damn Yongzhou arc is still here... we're almost 3/4th of the drama and I'm legit tired of seeing MLs family... ah they don't even deserve to be called family.

Less than an hour!! Went out for the whole day but made sure to be home on time just for the newest episodes, so excited!! Love the exchange here with everyone hehe💜💜💜

Also, wanted to add. I loved Arsenal Military Academy. Actually it was the first Republican Era Military drama I had watched and it was so good.

Now TBW is a xianxia, i read that xianxia rhymes with masochism (angst, suffering and may be lot of dead people too, and so on), so i think it will be more to your liking then
