Yeah, I’m reading Manhua “Hidden Love” on Mangabuddy now. The male lead and Lusi’s brother both of them…
Me too I srsly couldn’t differentiate celebrities’ faces until BTS and Lusi came but now I also like YangZi,BaiLu, Ju Jingyi and Wu JiaYi. I like them in the order as I wrote n ofc Lusi is top 1
I am craving more Bai feng xi. The show is going to end soon..feeling really sad. The saddest part is they did not gave much screen time to Xi yun . We are going to see her in last episodes as Xi yun thats it.

This drama literally is like rushing the ending after showing palace politics all the time..whole episodes mainly are focused on yougzhou family politics, I liked this drama till 18 episode but after that it started to get downhill.feng xiyun identity is not yet revealed in front of ml as 34 episodes are aired.we have not seen her side of story at all,now only 6 episodes are left..drama title is "who rules the world",it seems like thier world is only limited to that 6 states under imperial family..

Oh i dont think anyone is really hating onnthe drama. Lol if they were then they'd just stop watching. Everyone can express their views/opinions/disappointment/satisfaction here. This is a gateway to how we can share what we love and hate about the drama! I personally believe there is no perfect story/drama out there but Who rules the World comes close to it. I believe if an actor can make you feel a certain emotion, theyve done their job. I dont believe Yang Yang is a one dimensional actor. I think hes shown that he can act very well. Yes he has a pretty face, but hes made me feel sad, hes made me question if hes cunning or maybe really has good intentions. I think hes superceded my expectations for someone people say can act as the good guy. I am sure he can also play a great villain. Zhao lusi was also fantastic. Even though she mainly accepts scripts and dramas that are usually a romantic comedy or comedy, she does have many colors of acting. I saw that in the long ballad. For 23, her commitment level is admirable. I saw a video of her playing a chinese instrument and another video of her doing some sort of ball gymnastics. I just thought "shes a person of many talents and an iron will to be her best". But isnt that what most actors achieve to be? I think these two are good in their crafts. Are there better actors, ofc, but i wouldnt be harsh to people since i am not an actor myself. Imho i like hearing what people dont like and like. As for the story being choppy and rushed, thats probably bc of it having to be 40 ep. The writing isnt bad. Also imho, I read the novel and this is one of the rare times i thoroughly enjoyed the drama more than the novel. You can beg to differ, as i said. Its in my opinion.
So the real hero is YWY. Evrythig is in his control and he is smarter than everyone in the drama.
lol what a plot..screen writers do they understand what they are doing to the characters atleast?
and what the heck the imperial king is assassinated while ML and FL are in there and they dont even care about it? such big plot hole if i think about it....

People who are saying FLX is a"too good guy" character in front of Yong King, have you skipped some parts of the…
Actually they said :he is a good guy, because in the novel he has YWY's character and in the novel YWY has more FLX's character (if i understand it well or he isn't bad enough for them) All i have to say is: i was more satisfied by these last episode, by the slaps, his plot, the way he tried to defended himself against his brother, the murderer of his mother, the fact that everything is clear now about his family 👏👏🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳 I love this drama so much, i didn't read the novel, so i don't care about the changement

Rumor, ML is Miles Wei. If this is true, this is a thumbs up for me😊
I saw a suggestion of Song Weilong and Lusi, I like it too, but Song Weilong is currently in bad terms with his agency. I started to read it too, the laid-back characteristic seems to fit Song Weilong, but he doesn’t seem 7 year older than Lusi.

@Jasmine Totally agree. I've noticed that a lot of Yang Yang's characters (Love 020, King's Avatar, etc.) are…
Problem is that Yang Yang doesn't act that. Good acting will show us, the audience, that he's cunning and lying through his teeth when he interacts with everyone else and his true side when he's with BFX. But I see the same Yang Yang face with maybe the difference that he smiles more when he's with her but that's obvious and not nuanced acting.
I know he's supposed to be holding everything in and not show his cards but I'm just saying Yang Yang is not acting it. A good example of someone holding it in is Wang Yibo in Untamed. He doesn't say or do much but the audience can tell that he's just holding it in and we can sense what he wants to do or say if he could. That's acting. We feel the weight and burden of his constant restraint and self-control. His loneliness is also palpable. You don't feel any of that with Yang Yang here.
Ok so, many thoughts on a show I loved when It started off perfectly, but it’s become a horrific family drama. The ML who was cunning and talented cries every episode now and a minor palace full of dummies is the centre of the story?! Only 5 eps are left and they’ve ignored a very smart, strong female lead to the point where she’s also a supporting character. They’re also not doing justice to Huang Chao’s much more interesting story line. I’d love to see more of the other side and Qingzhou and less of this annoying family. At this point, I’ve been reduced to supporting Yu Wuyuan in murdering everybody. Honestly, if they made another 30 eps and covered the other states I’d certainly watch it cause the actors are all amazing and the production is excellent. As it is right now, it’s a huge disappointment to me personally and I’m guessing everyone who has read the novel (which is very good Ofc). I see now why the producer wouldn’t promote this show lol.
