What's also annoying to me is "I fancy you"! I want "I love you" but I'll take "I like you" over "I fancy you", which just sounds weird and simplistic (like "I have a crush on you"). I was hoping it would change in Viki but they seem to be using the same subs from Youku.
I feel that SY is a more intimidating villian than him. Whenever she appears our leads are always in big trouble.
I agree. He's more 'tricks' than anything else, while SY would just land right on top of you and start hacking away. Anyway, being sealed, one has to make do 🤷🏽♂

Exactly. Two things I wanted from today's episode was for LMS to be the one to kill SY and for her to find out she was a DP pawn, so imagine my disgust when it turns out she knew TY could've rid the world of DP and she was still trying to kill him. Too loathsome.
So, I have yet to truly respect Dark Phantom as a villain, especially not after that first encounter with YH all the way back in ep 17 (IIRC) but I'm waiting to see how things play out. For now, I see him as mostly a parasite, inhabiting others and using them to do his dirty work.
Maybe he'll get some more 'appreciation' from me when he gets out of the seal and creates more direct havoc. I'm also hoping we get more backstory on him, like what is his actual connection to Xuelin and why he chose to cultivate dark aura in the first place.

I didn't waver at all seeing as she didn't do it out of altruism. Also, seems like she knew all along that TY could defeat Dark Phantom and yet she was still pulling these stunts, which makes me despise her even more.

I feel nothing for her as well, just glad she's finally GONE. And LMS sending her off in that way was the absolute best. Damn, some people really can't take rejection!
I’ve been rewatching some of the early episodes and something TY said in episode 3 caught my attention again. In episode 3, he said the full moon pain was due to not yet passing his tribulation, which now leads to me wonder if white-haired TY is the result of him finally passing this tribulation and becoming a god/immortal? Any thoughts?
