some songs mentioned here are absolutely iconic! others i'm excited to discover!
i want to throw in a few underrated ones : -blue moon (the ending song of 9tailed fox ) -butterfly (from nevertheless ) - eternal love (flower of evil intro song ) - story started in granada (memories of alhambra)
finally caught on the episodes ! i followed the good tv ratings haha!! what a show! it jumped right into my top10 fav kdrama ever well done on all fronts! curious to know the similarity/differences with the original show
i just hope that kiss was part of his plan but i doubt it
what i meant was that: taeoh had planned previous extreme deceptions like the chairman's accident. so it would be possible this is also an extreme deception part of a plan
i actually like where this going! so messed up! we are back at point zero with the opening scene of the show: the murder. its fitting as we are halfway through the show.
they left us just enough crumbs to suspect people and its nebulous enough to stay on the edge.
by now, in ha's character has become the most mysterious/ dangerous. especially when he said i don't do regrets. the show has been backing taeoh POV since the start and his own confusion is channelled through the viewers.
i'll always be rooting for the support F huiju !
i love hyewon's both actress and character. i think the actress is doing a great job so far. her vulnerable moment in the car was needed for us to better understand her own torture.
i wish taeoh is the biggest masterplanner but it seems he's got blind sighted :(
The 2nd FL is literally just a spoilt brat who cant take no for an answer and harasses the male lead. What happened…
i think what many people appreciate is that she is carefree ( but goes overboard boundaries) and mostly in a show where everyone plots for money/power, she wants love... i also think she is spoiled but imagine if she evolves throughout the show to really understand what it means to love someone
I feel like im being gaslighted reading this comment section. The 2nd FL is someone who cant take no for an answer…
i was searching for a comment like yours...THANK U!!! i mean i am shipping her, but she clearly doesnt know 'no' and tresspasses boundaries . almost dellusional as she doesnt allow taeoh his own feelings. and taeoh understands that.
i can't understand han taeoh's motive behind all this?why would he give his entire life to this shitty competition…
so taeoh graduates top 1% of his classmates, but due to his heartbreaking background, he doesn't have much chance. i think his motivation is ambition and saving himself. that's what he saw in the FL too and he could understand her own decisions.
if there's a revenge plot too i think its very plausible , yet not necessary. but kdramas often include this extra twist... if he is indeed related to kangoh, it wouldn't be surprising

hyewon is a parallel character to taeoh, maybe thats why in ha liked her and wants her.
