The reality is that if the close up of the underwear revealed a reaction, they probably would pull the series…
Lol, I don't know about this "padding" thing, but I wondered what people think to see looking at that underwear. I saw nothing there, just a smooth pouch. It doesn't look real. So yeah, they did something there.
Agreed! This is why I can’t bring myself to be fully mad at jiwoo. As an introvert Seo Joon inserting himself…
They were not on good terms while they were filming. The others even pointed it out. Ji Woo is an adult with his own restaurant/business. He should have said to Seo Joon "F*ck off". But he won't. Because he still loves him. At some point in life you have to grow up and stop hurting yourself and others. I'm not mad at the character. I understand that it's hard for him. But the demage he does to Seo Joon is just too much. You can't make another human being suffer so much, just because he is too pushy. Just end it then! Don't play strange games, saying they could be friends with benefits.
I don't think Seo Joon is wrong here. He is pure at heart and tries his best. If that's not enough, what is then?…
I know where you're coming from. But making Seo Joon the bad guy just to desperately defend Ji Woo is a bit far-fetched. I understand the character, but at some point he has to get his sh*t together. I still think there will be some bigger reason revealed for the break-up, and not just their personalities not being compatible.
I'm so curious how they will try to save this mess. Because they will. I'm almost 100% sure we will get an explanation…
I see people saying that Seo Joon is at fault too. He is too selfish, doesn't unterstand Ji Woo's needs etc. Yeah. I get that. But let's just pretend for a second this story would happen in real life. Imagine you have a boyfriend like Seo Joon and you're unhappy. Is that even possible? Like what godly and understanding being has to come down from heaven to earth to please Ji Woo? As a work of fiction it's entertaining, but if you take a step back, it's just overly complicated and unrealistic. I still think they will give us some proper reason for the break-up (more than just their characters not matching), but yeah ... Credits to the actor of Ji Woo: I'm still not hating him (others do!), but it's an accomplishment that we are still invested in that relationship when the guy walks around with that annoyingly expressionless face. They should have shown us more of his feelings and struggles. They do. But it's veeeery sublte. We mostly know at this point what Seo Joon is thinking. I hope they will take the series now in a different direction. If they continue this, then I will be mad.
Ji Woo's faults are easier to detect. Not to mention he wears a stern face and speaks harshly, so I get why he…
I don't think Seo Joon is wrong here. He is pure at heart and tries his best. If that's not enough, what is then? There are no perfect people out there. It seems he has to be the most perfect human being ever walked on earth to make it work with Ji Woo.
I get what you mean. And he too has it's faults. But it's honestly ridiculous that someone would have to suffer being in a relationship with Seo Joon. You can get it much, much worse in life. It's mostly Ji Woo behaving like a drama queen.
I'm so curious how they will try to save this mess. Because they will. I'm almost 100% sure we will get an explanation…
I don't want to make too much assumptions, because most likely I'm wrong, but I think they will make it look like Ji Woo still loves Seo Joon deeply, but he pushes him away so harshly on purpose because he thinks that would be the best for him. But we had that plot in s1, so what's the point in repeating it? Ji Woo is wrong. Appearantly he will never learn. He will never overcome his own insecurities, he will never open up to others, he will never stop making decisions on his own that affect others without talking it out. The ex-girlfriend caught me off guard, though. I think they try to mislead the audience, and make it look like this relationship was very important to him, more important than the one with Seo Joon. The cliffhanger! We don't even know if he said "yes" when she asked hiim, if he missed her.
I was a bit apprehensive reading all the rage against ep 5 and 6 but I ended up really, really loving them. I…
That after credits scene in Ep 5, where they hugged in bed; Ji Woo worried about the glass breaking and reactivating Seo Joon's trauma; the ring blinking under the pillow;
I hope you don't talk about me, because I'm commenting here a lot, haha! I'm more surprised about those people…
No, no, I was just joking. I scrolled down, and I saw who you were talking about. But I have seen worse here on MDL. Some people are extremely hateful for no good reason. This comment section is pretty chill despite many people being frustrated.
Holy God, this is one of the weirdest BLs I've seen, and I've seen them all.SPOILERS: This comment got long and…
I still think Ji Woo is not honest to himself. He says hurtful things when in reality he doesn't mean it. He has a habit of pushing people away. But yeah, there is a mental problem here for sure. It seems he behaves like that only towards people that want to get through him. People that are close to him.
They should have started the series with showing us how those two had a working relationship. But we only got some short flashbacks from Seo Joon's POV. So what we mostly see and know about those two characters is them being miserable. Bad choice of storytelling. With some fluff at the beginning, the angst would have an even bigger impact.
Talking about Seo Joon: I think he is pretty lonely. Being a big star doesn't necessarily mean you have the world on your feet. We see that in real life. Many Korean idols are miserable. That industry has a very dark side. He seems attrackted to a calm and introverted guy.
About the repetition: Wihle Ep 5 & 6 were pretty heartbreaking and managed to make us all mad and depressed, I expected something else too. They are wasting their time. Only 4 episodes to fix that mess? I wanna see how they do it!
Why is there always one psychopath who forces his/her opinion on every f***ng comment of a BL series? Am I the…
I hope you don't talk about me, because I'm commenting here a lot, haha! I'm more surprised about those people who come here to start some drama and attack others because there is something going on on twitter or somewhere else. Like whuuut?
OK that's it...pack up the RV, get your seatbelt on, turn the ignition & please get the eff out of there! I've…
I'm so curious how they will try to save this mess. Because they will. I'm almost 100% sure we will get an explanation and a happy end. How plausible will it be?
I know other people have said this before but these two seasons don't go together. There is no continuity. If…
I see the connection, and the story itself has potential. But they should have done it differently. Give us one (the first!!) episode with them being happy most of the time, with lots of cute and fluffy scenes, but also show some tension. Then give us episode 2 (1 year later), whrere the break-up happened. Give us 4 episodes of Seo Joon POV, then 4 of Ji Woo POV, and let them reconcile in the last episode. In the middle or towards the end go full power angst. But don't start with the angst, and continue the angst until the end. If this series will be indeed popular at the end, when they work everything out, then only because there is a big fanbase. How they did it ... that's just not the way to start a story. I 100% understand why many people are frustrated.
