After the accident did im sol lose her memory is that why she couldn't remember her in the present ? Like a way…
So the accident happens a little less than a year before the radio phone call. And we really don't know enough to say for sure, but I have some theories. If Im Sol from present day is actually affecting the future while in the past things can change. But that means that her younger self doesn't remember the times older Im Sol is present. aka she wouldn't have been around Sun Jae as young Im Sol.
But if we are saying she hadn't already traveled and future Im Sol has no barring on her past...Im Sol wouldn't have been as close to Sun Jae as she is currently is.
In the past past, Im Sol did not see anyone but Tae Sung, with her rose colored glasses. Sun Jae was just a delivery guy/neighbor/possible music rival to Tae Sung. If they did get close it would have been after his swimming injury and while he was trying to get closer to her. Possibly joining a band to get her interest as she had a thing for musicians. Her house would have possibly burned down and she would have had to move away from Sun Jae as a teen. If she was kidnapped and then rundown by the man who took her that could be enough to make her brain go into self defense mode and block not only that night but anyone associated to that night from her mind including the person who saved her life. They might have been close for at most a month prior to her memory loss.
I have a theory about what might be the accident on September 1, I wrote it below someone else's comment but I…
Theory about what might be the accident on September 1, If Im Sol was kidnapped by the taxi driver and taken to a secondary location near by she might have escaped and was running toward the main road. Taxi driver sees she got away and goes after her, hitting her from behind with his car and she falls into the ravine. Sun Jae, who was already looking for her is too late to save her from being hit, but able to pull her from the water and prevent her from drowning. But the hit by the car and fall into the water messed up her spine.
This would explain why the mom was so cagey about the details. If she had been kidnapped and held for any amount of time it could have been more traumatic for her to remember. As Sun Jae wasn't able to get to her before being hit he feels guilty. We see Im Sol didn't want to see anyone at that time as well after learning she could no longer use her legs. Maybe Sun Jae was supposed to be with her when she was taken adding another layer of guilt and distance.

the accident location is so far away from imsol's home and school, how did she get to be there? was she kidnapped…

Less than 5 minutes into episode 4 and all can think about is IT WAS 100% THE CEO WHO HURT SUN JAE!!!!!! That fake as hell lip tremble. I've seen that actors work...he is much better than that. aka GUILTY AS HELL
Stuck in between watching this drama because of the leads or not because of the MDL ratings... Help me choose…
Watch it on a site you can play parts at 2x the speed. You will be tempted to skip over parts because of one character. But watching it at a fast speed gets across what is happening without outright skipping scenes. I've been enjoying it, but I can't deal with a certain tone of voice that one character has so I watch it at 2x the speed to get through their scenes and move on to the more grounded bits in the show. Only because of that character and their choices is the show between an 8 and a 9 for me. It would be a solid 10 if not for that character.
Okay so you're telling me, a scientist who does studies to see patterns is convinced that because ONE person who has the same power lost a loved one that means EVERYONE with the same power shouldn't be able to love someone? I'm talking about the professor here.
Is this a joke? One case does NOT show a pattern so WHY are they(everyone BUT Tae Oh) so "it's going to happen to you too"? Says the fuck who? If the girl had multiple lovers die that's one thing, but it was one dude in college in a country that probably has the most pedestrian car accidents on the planet. (I don't think it's ever stated how the guy died, but like come on now) I want to throw something. This is the stupidest plot twist/development. I'm more likely to believe in hearing someone's thoughts than calling it a curse. It's like saying everyone with blue eyes has blonde hair. I am just so stuck on this with one episode left to go.
Anyone else frustrated at Sol’s bestfriend and brother arguing like how could both of you not notice the fire?…
It made sense for a VERY short time as the poo smell would have made them plug their noises or overpowered the smell of fire, but that was like a solid 5 minutes of growing flames and stupidity.
just saying...SML's hairstyle is pretty shit...if he had hairstyle that he had when he was in that ...what do…
Maybe it's because I'm the same age as the adult characters, but let me tell you now...it could have been way WAY worse. I need you to look up a photo of Super Junior and FT Island from 2008. He's got a much nicer style than what we could have gotten.
Hahaha - I can only imagine their reaction - frustrations and the misunderstanding situations that will be created.…
I want to see how Tae Sung treats her when she's actually interested in him. Cause the cold shoulder was working on him like a damn spell. But the confidence that can only come with age is going to confuse them the most if played right. Cause she's innocent and shy as a teen. As an adult she's a bit jaded and realistic yet hopeful.
Looks like the timeline will switch for: 1. Making the lovestory be ML vs SMLWhile original timeline FL wants…
At least we have solid timeline on the accident now. September 1, 2008. I thought we were at July 31st (based on him looking at his watch and hers next to each other) in the first episode, but they showed all the calendars in June. I think when she started flipping through the calendar in ep 3 she was starting in July.
With how that bully girl is moving I'm more inclined to think that 2ML has way more to do with her accident. I've personally never understood the "If I can't have him no one can." mentality, but home girl is looking the type to take drastic measures.
We're only 3 episodes in and I feel like there is a huge plot point that we haven't even scratched the surface of yet revolving around who would have shown up at his hotel room. With her going back to the "present" I wonder if will get more current flashbacks from Sun Jae's POV. If there is a character we haven't even met yet some how involved.
I went through your lists just to double check. 'Love Me, Love My Voice' is cotton candy fluff. Not much happens…
I call these type of shows palette cleansers. They don't add to your mental load and they should give you a warm feeling. It's only questions of 'when will they confess?' 'when will they kiss?' instead of 'Will they survive?' 'who will come between them now that they are happy?' Spoiler tag cause the thread is getting long.
What in the Taemin bowl cut? There is a scene in ep 3 at around 21 minutes in he smiles at his friend and I got a flash back of Taemin. It's the haircut and the high cheekbones. But damn if Byeon Woo Seok doesn't look like a blend of SM singers(if you know anything about SM you know a lot of their singers look similar to their past singers). Like Taemin and Anton share a cousin and it would be Woo Seok. Very much tangent and not important to the show but I needed to see if anyone else sees what i see.
I had been wondering why the watch had only a 3 on it. I guess that means she has 3 times to travel back. These boys are going to think she has DID or something.
can anyone recommend me some fluffy dramas, I have been crying for whatever I have been seeing recently and I…
I went through your lists just to double check. 'Love Me, Love My Voice' is cotton candy fluff. Not much happens in the show other than two people liking each other. The music is really good. Slow burn, so if that's not your vibe I would pass. As if you aren't feeling the leads it's going to be boring as all hell.
'Admits a Snowstorm of Love' also a slow burn, the couple only has like one real misunderstanding/fight after getting together. It takes them less than an episode to work it out. The cinematography in this is top notch.
Both are a bit long but worth it for the low drama and cute interactions.
I saw too many edits and u know what comes next I know the whole 2 ep. Without even watching it ... i wanted to…
I've literally watched both episodes 3 times and am still finding things I missed. Trust me when I say it's worth watching in the order the director/writer/editor wanted it to be consumed.
