Romance Girlies(this is not actually gender specific iykyk) we are being well feed this February/March. This much mean that The First Frost will be finished by the 10th.

That 'block user' feature is great. They can't see you, you can't see them...win win. I've been blocking repeat offenders of misogynistic & victim blaming rhetoric. With this and The First Frost covering abusive behaviors against the FL, the comment sections have been a battle ground. I finally realized that some people aren't worth the time it takes to explain why their views are harmful.

Comment sections have been so much nicer since i just started blocking accounts that repeatedly victim blame with no nuance to understanding character. Same with TFF comment section. It's my personal suggestion for anyone. Protect your peace people.

A difference of opinion is not the same as someone constantly coming into comment sections with negative, misogynistic and victim blaming rhetoric. I can tell that some of yall are still seeing these comments so strongly suggest you use your power of free will and click on the person's profile and use that 'block user' tool. They will not see your comments and you will not see theirs.

Again...discussions that are constructive and nuanced are not the same as the people I've been blocking. And if you are able to read this, chances are that you have not been toxic in the comment sections recently or I just haven't seen it. If you do not like this comment feel free to block me instead of leaving a hateful comment. Saves us both time and energy.

Could that have more to do with these accidents and rumors than meets the eye? There are so many more factors that could overlap....

Save your peace however you can. This also sound like a good idea, as I've started like 7 other shows I can take a few days to catch up on those and then have a few TFF episodes to watch at the end.

Nope. Believe it or not, I'm an adult with understanding of ✨nuance ✨. And when a director does a good a job as this one is showing REPEATEDLY the innerworkings of the leads heads' and showing that each of them have layers and VALID reasons for the way they are acting. The misogyny from you comment is actually wild, coming from someone who watches as much romance as you do.

Users really showing their age...or lack there of, in this victim blaming comment section. People just really like to hate all women...even fictional ones that depict a real trauma response when confronted with a situation they haven't actually taken the time to unpack yet.
Flirting is not always on purpose. Attraction can not be helped. She was trained to miscommunicate by her last boyfriend for years...the lack of empathy is astounding. Mood was already shit because of 2 sad episodes back to back. & then I got to read hate filled comments about a character dealing with a trauma response. Yall are doing too much.

Flirting is not always a conscious choice, and trauma, especial unresolved trauma can creep up on a person without them knowing they are even having a trauma response.
Again...lack of empathy toward abuse victims is just showing that you have very little life experience.

It used to be a 100% guarantee, that if a Cdrama was 24 episodes and at least one main character was under 30 years old that they would separate for at least a year while one goes off to study abroad. This separation normally happened in the 23 episode of the show....9/10 completely out of the blue with no previous indication that it was even on the table.
If both leads were over the age of 30...someone's getting transferred to a different branch in a different country for a period of time. 🙄

Here's just a rule of thumb for anyone wondering....
Never stick your nose into your boss' or your teacher's personal business. Just don't do it. It's not your business, keep your mouth shut. Unless you are related to him, you don't get any input on his life whatsoever. Keep it moving sis.

I've been using this word a lot when discussing this scene, but 'verklempt' was never more appropriate of a term from a performance than it is for that scene. The pausing, swallowing the words, holding back tears of happiness as well as sorrow....all the things...🥹🥹🥹😭😭

Then, SuYe has to sit there and watch as his father treats this stranger better than he ever treated his mother in the same space that he embarrassed and ignored her. Zhang Ling He's performance of those moments and how verklempt he got during the phone calls with XiFan...amazing...good job director on holding on those moments.
