I’m so happy it’s doing well—you can tell the actors are really giving their all!
I’m the type that is always happy when a drama is successful—whether I’m a fan or not—as it keeps us international viewers getting access to more subs etc., in general. I’m especially excited as this is such an enthralling drama and one of the best revenge ones I’ve seen in a while.

As of episode 28 she’s been outed for her crimes but the viewer hasn’t seen her punishment.

As much as I love revenge dramas, as a parent I get so disgusted by stepmother’s/other wives harming little children for their schemes. I just can’t even fathom it (I know it’s a drama but things like this often happened). Shuran needs her comeuppance already ugh

But her husband is the Grand Chancellor—do you think if she had shown him the secret letter he couldn’t get an audience with the emperor who would then crack down on wanning for breaking her house arrest? Shuran is just evil and stupid. I’m pretty sure she’s working against her husband too.
