Title You Are My Secret Spoiler
I'm up to episode 14 and I'm really enjoying this show. I do like how cute and innocent most Chinese dramas are - its one of the reasons I watch them. But for a woman approaching 30 who has been living with her boyfriend / fiancé for four months, to be embarrassed about her boyfriend / fiancé seeing her bra in the laundry is a bit much. If the writers wanted to use the hide the bra trope, they really should have done it right at the very start of their cohabitation when it would have made more sense. Likewise when the FL looks away so she can't see the ML's shirtless torso. This level of prudishness is just silly after they've been living together for so long.

It was two or three episodes before the end, but they had been living together and having a married life in every…
Perhaps not in "every" sense.

Man, teared up a bit when she started saying i am sorry in the middle of the road. Easily 10/10 for me. So good.
This is the only drama I've ever rated 10/10.

This is actually shaping up to be the best k-drama of the past decade maybe even ever, the characters, the emotions, all…
This is the only drama I've ever rated 10/10. I'm embarrassed to admit that the first time I started watching it, I dropped it. I'm very happy that I gave it a second chance.

is there any drama that has same story any country plz recommend
I understand there is a Chinese remake in the works. Even if it is half as good as the original, it will still be worth watching.

Someone recommended this drama to me because the main leads have great chemistry like in As Beautiful as You.…
I've just finished episode 9, and I'm enjoying the show, but one thing just doesn't compute. The FL was in a relationship with her ex for 7 years, so I'm assuming she was sexually active. So then why is she now acting like a shy 13 year old girl who's just got her first boyfriend. What's with the sleeping in different rooms? Why did she "marry" him if she just wants to be his flatmate?

The scenes were several very explicit sex scenes that are so realistic, there is genuine debate whether or not they were simulated (genitalia was visible). I think it is extremely likey the sex was simulated, even though in recent times the actors involved have hinted otherwise - I suspect they were just being mischievous. Because China has such strict censorship laws, Tang Wei suffered professionally for her decision to participate in those scenes. She was blacklisted from working in China for about 4 years.

honestly speaking I never get sex scenes... like why show them at all?.. what do sex scenes add to a story? seriously…
Sex scenes done tastefully are an important part of SOME stories. But I believe that many sex scenes in many dramas and movies add very little, and sometimes nothing at all to the narrative. This is especially the case for highly explicit sex scenes, which in my opinion, ALWAYS exist primarily for the titillation of (predominantly) male viewers. Such scenes rarely convey much emotional connection between the lovers, and often reduces the encounter to a purely physical interaction.

Standing up for what right ... like cheating on every one of your three wives? Sleeping with porn stars and nude models (one of which he married), walking unannounced into a dressing room of naked teenage girls, sexually assaulting at least one, and probably at least several more women. That sort of standing up for what's right, right?
If you want God's will done, then why are you opposed to oppressed minorities having their situation recognised and improved. Before you start throwing around the word "woke" as a pejorative, perhaps you should read the sermon on the mount.

My god. How can you be this clueless and still remember to breath? The fact that someone who had publically committed to supporting democracy and the peaceful transition of power (Harris) should be compared to a Nazi or Communist, while the person who does not support the peaceful transition of power, is known to court autocrats and even attempted a soft coup is your preferred "democratic" candidate is just too ironic for words.

Watchable ... not terrible, but not great either. The plot is quite basic, predictable and pretty rushed (only 4 episodes). The acting was average and the cimematography unspectacular. But if you're a fan of GL dramas, you'll probably still enjoy the story, even with its deficiencies, so watch it. If you're not particularly a fan of GL dramas, then I'd suggest you give it a miss, because there are hundreds of better dramas you can choose. 7/10.

Half way through this drama, I was thinking this drama is excellent. How could it possibly only have a MDL score…
Yang Hua inexplicably transformed from a mature nice guy into a selfish, manipulative dick. That stunt where he pretended to be in a relationship with Yao Yao to make Qin Shi jealous was truly scumbag level manipulation. And the fact that he did all of this thinking he was "helping" Qin Shi just demonstrated how twisted his moral compass had become. Instantly turning a mature loving person into a manipulative jerk without justification is bad writing.

So for me, the ending spoiled what was otherwise an excellent drama. Qin Shi's and Yang Hua brief reunion at the very end of the last episode was entirely unrewarding for me - in fact I skipped through most of it. I thought the whole last episode was very rushed, as they tried to wrap up all the various subplots and give everyone a happy ending. With better writing, this drama could have been one of the best I watched this year, but the ending was butchered. I'm still giving this drama 8.5/10 because it really was excellent until the writers all had strokes immediately before writing those last 5 or so episodes.
