Aha, same! I have been rewatching a lot of shows. New leads in a lot of shows are like trainee actors that won't even be allowed in stage plays in schools, yet get casted as leads. I Pikachu face sometimes seeing them act in major productions.
Lmao I died at "a healthy physical relationship where the girl isn't a mannequin with her eyes popping open like…
Well, thats how it usually goes in almost every show. Very few shows actually show the girl being forward, and I actually really liked that in this show.
I sometimes try and think why channel heads like certain stars more. Like so many second leads have so much potential and then when I see the main leads are soooo flappy and weak compared to the second leads it hurts to watch those shows.
I honestly hate Fl who cry throughout the show and this is one of the worst ones. Not only is she stupid, but she cries like every other scene. I sometimes want to meet such stupid people in real life. Like, how did you get to the ripe old age of 25 and still act like you are 10 years old?
Hi, Guys Any give me a spoiler on this drama when the main lead official is together? when they break up? when…
This is kinda late, but the main leads don't really get together until the very end. This lakorn has a very heavy focus on the revenge and growth of characters. the romance is trickled in between everywhere. They start liking each other around the halfway mark but it's all under the radar. The 2FL leaves the ML around ep 20ish. But the buildup is around ep 16ish. Also, there is not really a love triangle on the Fl part (aside form the ML misunderstanding the FL and her friend liking each other). The love triangle is mainly between the ML/FL and 2FL.
I dropped it years back and wanted to rewatch just for Noon and Ken.
Honestly, the story is super draggy, the plot is boring and it had way too many couples to focus on. I wasn't remotely interested in the THREE side couples and the main couple's love story was totally unbelievable. It also doesn't help that Ken and Noon had very little chemistry and the fake kisses were super cringy and hard to watch. I can't say the acting was bad as Ken is just amazing in any role, but I think Noon was a bit reserved in this show. I gave it a second chance only to realize I was right the first time around when I dropped it. Edit: Just saw that Ken's wife is the producer and she acted as the lead in the older version. Kind of an interesting tidbit.
Viki, I will forever hate you for removing all the thai subs off videos. I watched this over a decade ago and I wish viki had left the subs as soft subs for people to download without the videos at least. That way, the hard work people put into subbing the lakorns would have at least been useful. What a waste! If anyone downloaded the viki videos and would like to share them, I would love you to DM me!
Saw this one years ago, I can't seem to find it anywhere, so it's probably gone forever, either a youtube or viki purge. If anyone had it downloaded, PM me if you would be willing to share.
Just finished rewatching this. I enjoy this version more than the remake. The acting in this is top notch. I always enjoy Noon, but Paul was really believable in his struggle to do good despite that one hiccup he had.
What happened to him? He totally disappeared. I actually really liked his acting, Very understated and grounded, not what I usually expect from thai actors.
It's honestly really hilarious. I've rewatched this 3 times now and I fall in love with the show each time I watch it again. The acting is really on point, the story is engaging and the characters memorable. I love the dynamic interactions and the slow burn romance. Jamie and Janie had really good chemistry as best friends and I enjoyed watching them get upto their antics.
Loved the skinship, but hated the ML's acting and his reason for revenge was also pretty lame. I wish the show had a stronger reason for the so called revenge.
Rewatched. I remember liking this, but having rewatched it, I don't think it's aged that well. There are a lot of inconsistencies and the FL is seriously stupid in the last episode. I love when she gets called stupid by the villain, it's like he read my mind. Also, the romance in this is very lacklustre. It comes out of no where in the end (yeah, they had like one or two scenes where they were cute together, but it always felt more like father and daughter to me) and I really didn't believe their chemistry.
