Title Our Universe Spoiler
It had potential, but the writing got worse and worse as the drama progressed. The baby was super cute, though.
Honestly, I agreed with the CPS worker who deemed them incompetent. The FL left the door open and the baby fell down the stairs, and her excuse is that she was just distracted for a minute while looking for his medicine. He could have died. Shouldn't it be automatic to have the front door closed and locked when there's a baby in the apartment? It was clearly negligence. And the fact that ML wasn't even angry about it? Is he even human? If my partner caused that kind of accident, I would have had a serious conversation about their need for some common sense when a life depends on them.

HuiGyeong seems to be mentally 8 years old at most. I don't know if she's supposed to be autistic or impaired, or if I'm supposed to believe she's a fully functioning adult woman, but it's difficult to accept that an adult man would be attracted to her immature, babyish, stunted personality. Also, since she exposed everything, the family should demand the deposit money back from her. Why is she being rewarded for bad behavior? She used them and plotted her escape for three years while the family coddled and spoiled her. If there's no accountability or karma coming for her by the end of the series, I'm going to be upset.

Also, while I understand HyeonBin creating distance after he got rejected, he is coming off as a real jerk by being so cold. Just because they aren't going to start a romance doesn't erase their friendship. He could at least not act like he's mad at JuAh. Professionalism does not mean being unfriendly.

Overall, the writing is quite engaging and I'm looking forward to the characters developing.

When this first came out, I dropped it after the first two episodes because the characters were unlikeable. I decided to watch it again and this time got through it, but I think the script just didn't make use of the awesome cast. The writing was frustrating. The ML is such a bad police officer, I'm surprised he's still alive. All the resolutions were not satisfying and they didn't tie up some of the loose ends. The leads did have chemistry and played their parts well; that's the only good thing about the drama. The more I think about it, the more unsatisfying it was. I need to go rinse my mind out with a better series now.

Title Dynamite Kiss Spoiler
The first half of the drama was very enjoyable and it started to decline a bit, but the last episode was just…
I can stand tropes, but then I want the writers to at least put in an effort into making believable resolutions. Instead we have everything be solved and back to normal with a kiss. Then right into a montage instead of meaningful scenes. And what about DaRim's sister? DaRim sees her, knows where she works, but there is no reunion. There are no character building redemption arcs for the villains. Instead, let's have everyone do a feel good dance routine because the writers can't be bothered with details like dialogue.

First of all, the jimjo seemed like a stiff and awkward puppet. And then they really did it dirty. All she wanted was her baby. Humans are terrible. At this point I don't even care about the main couple or the secondary couple. During their climactic kiss, all I could think about was the fact they had just killed a mother after shaking her baby several times while they desperately tried to reunite.

I could barely stand to watch the end of episode 8 at 2x speed and I don't know if I can bring myself to watch the rest of the series. Ordinarily this is my favorite genre, and I do like the cast, but the writing is really making this a tedious watch.

I think I may have rated this higher had I not read the webtoon first. I was expecting the members except for Blue to be larger than life. In the comic they are just more vibrant and intense, but the drama portrays them as slightly quirky if anything. It was mainly a directing issue, except for in Green Finger's case; I don't think the actress was quite right for the part. She was trying to portray the character but never really embodied the essence of the character. And while I appreciate the time the drama spent on the parents and brothers, it wasn't nearly enough, especially with the father's resolution. I had really hoped for some additional development for Black/Khaki and Pink/Brown, but there was no exploration in that direction. All in all, it was a good adaptation, it just didn't give anything more than the bare minimum required to tell the story, though. And the end was rushed and wasted time recapping scenes which resulted in an ending that didn't really grab at my heart the way the comic did. If there is a season two, I hope its starting point is before the ending of season one so they can properly flesh out the story for all the characters and possibly add in some elements that didn't exist in the comic.

I really enjoyed this drama until the ending. Why would they put so much work into letting the story unfold in such an engaging way and then suddenly spring a totally LAZY ending on us? When I read the post by Precious of how the ending was supposed to play out, it made sense. I just wish there were two more episodes to actually let us experience the part of the story that they cut out. I would have loved to see it unfold as it was meant to at the end. I was so dissatisfied with the last episode that my rating went from 9 to 7.

So far this drama has managed to keep my attention. My only regret is that I should've waited for it to finish…
Same! I'm loving it and wish I could binge watch it in one day! My only complaint is about the pot lid. lol. I mean, they hadn't run far, one of the soldiers could have gotten it in ten minutes by horse.

Title Our Golden Days Spoiler
your missing the point he used her social class as a reason to let her down but then he was gonna marry a rich…
The FL waited at the bus stop and creepily followed ML in his neighborhood until he confronts her. When she asks him to date her, he laughs it off as a joke. She says he always knew she had a crush and he tells her it's nonsense and really frustrating and completely baffling. He's astonished and will get angry if she keeps on. But she keeps on even when it's obvious he does not want that. They go to the park and he tells her clearly that he's rejecting her.

Her argument is that he dated anyone from the club who asked him out. He says that's not true, he just dated people who were good enough. He tells her that he doesn't see her as a woman. Meaning he does not have feelings for her and is not attracted to her. She insists it might change if he tried dating her. She says she's not just anyone. She thinks she's special and tries to force him to date her.

She says he doesn't date women he has feelings for anyway, as long as they have shared interests. She asks if there is no room for her and he immediately confirms there is no room for her. She demands that he feel guilty. He is not obligated to give every woman a chance to date him in case he might develop feelings for them eventually!

He apologizes and she tells him not to because then she'll have to accept his rejection. But of course, she's a psychopath so she absolutely does not accept it. He asks her not to be stubborn and she says she's not, she just doesn't understand. So he says she just doesn't suit him and they aren't a good match. He tells her to know her place and stay away. He does not have to give someone a chance if they don't suit him. She is still confused even though he very clearly told her that he does not have feelings or any attraction for her! He just wants to be her sunbae and he has never acted as anything but a sunbae towards her!

Never does the ML mention her social class. When FL found out he was marrying BoA, she assumed it was all about social class and condemned him for it as if he had feelings for her but couldn't be with her just because of money. He never wanted to be with her in the first place!

In a flashback FL remembers asking ML why he never wants to get married and he says he'd rather stay free and unbound. Someone asks if a pretty, wealthy, educated, kind girl liked him, would he marry her. And ML says that would be perfect. There's nothing wrong with him valuing security over everything else. If FL was such a great friend and knew ML so well, she already knew what he valued, so why is she judging him for it? Because she's selfish and she wants to conflate the two issues saying that he won't give her a chance because she's not rich so she doesn't have to accept that he just doesn't see her as a woman and has every right to reject her.

Just because someone says they may be willing to marry a rich person does not mean that every rejection they make is because of money. Even if it were the case, she has no right to be angry about it. He told her that he doesn't see her as a woman, and she totally ignores that and decides it's a social class issue and rejects him as a friend. So she was only his friend while waiting around for her chance to get something more out of him. She's the terrible person, not him.

Although I love all the actors, the FL's character is giving me such a big ick, I'm thinking of dropping. The ML never lead her on, never gave her any sign that he was ever interested in her, but she's such a narcissist that she assumes he would love her if he just gave her a chance. Ridiculous. The way she treats him is horrible. Not a true friend. She has expectations and then gets angry when he doesn't meet them. He has been his authentic self and honest from the start. He is not obligated to share his deepest secrets with anyone. He tried to be clear with her, but she will not accept it. Be a friend, for goodness sake! Is that so hard? She's obsessed. I've dealt with men like this on several occasions and ended up having to completely cut contact and block their numbers because they were convinced that they could force me to have feelings for them. I hope to the writing gods that ML does not actually have feelings for FL underneath it all because I do not want to see them end up together. It would be like rewarding the psychopath with the object of their desire.

I think JiHyeok and BoA are compatible and would actually make a good couple. I wish this drama was about different types of love and relationships that could show that compatible people who may not be in love, could enter a mutually beneficial relationship and build a bond even stronger than people who marry for love and eventually fall out of love and have nothing to hold onto anymore.

I don't fault ML for making decisions to not burden his parents, to take care of his family. I don't fault him for being resentful of not being able to be totally free. I think he's treated the FL in an appropriate way. She is the problem.

Let 2ML grow a spine and woo FL and show a blossoming happy young love instead of obsessed one-sided craziness. They can be awkward and cute and discover how charming a new relationship can be. FL may be rebounding, but let her gain some maturity! Inject some comedy into this mess.

is this worth watching?? i love thrillers (and lee soohyuk lol) but all of the top reviews are super negative.…
After episode 5 I thought the drama was going to go full on into thriller mode, but instead it just did a low budget tonal change that made everything meaningless. I don't mind the ending itself, but how it got there in the last episode was very shallow, and just dumbed down what I thought had been a clever plot. I came away unsatisfied, but if you're the type of person who can rewrite things in your head to make everything fall into place for yourself where the drama failed, then it might be worth a watch.

Title For Eagle Brothers Spoiler
I don't understand why BeomSu likes Seri. She has no personality. The only attraction is that she is pretty and likes his daughter, unlike the ex-wife who abandoned them. There is no chemistry or connection with this couple. She's like an obsessed child who insists on getting her way and I'm kind of disgusted that he started having feelings for her. The writers should have given them both a unique interest/hobby that brought them together.

People may be mad at ChunSu's wife, but she's honestly the most entertaining character with her sly shenanigans shaking things up.

I think I liked OkBun better when she acted crazy. I don't think that type of character would suddenly mature, so her change of personality is jarring. I thought her breaking up HeungSu's relationship with the piano teacher was distasteful enough that I hoped HeungSu would never fall for her. It's like a stalker getting rewarded and ending up with their victim. The writers had to make the piano teacher's past untenable to excuse OkBun's interference, but I still didn't see her as the good guy in that situation. Oh well, maybe they deserve each other at this point.

Dong Seok continues to be a walking red flag. He is a manipulative, controlling man who is used to getting his way and acts like a bratty child when he's disappointed. He likes GwangSuk for what she can bring to his life as long as she follows his lead, but it's obvious he doesn't respect her and hasn't even gotten to know her enough to realize what her values are. He wants to impose his values on her and is truly clueless as to why she would resist because he's such a narcissist. I dated someone just like him and it did not go well because I would not suppress my own thoughts and opinions.

I was thinking about dropping this drama, but seeing that GwangSuk is going to push back against the chairman has gotten me interested again. In RL, the chairman would not change and grow to actually respect her, but in Dramaland he could have a growth arc that transforms him into a decent partner. I hope he experiences A LOT of disappointment before that happens, though.

Can I be honest… Mr Chairman’s reaction triggered me a little😅 I think I felt more upset than Gwangsook…
Same here. Mr Chairman is incredibly immature. Gwangsook fulfilling his expectations is more important to him than Gwangsook herself. I was especially triggered because i dated a man just like this. When I acted the way he wanted, he was all sweet and considerate. The moment I had an opinion that differed from his, he was annoyed and wanted me to keep it to myself. I was shocked because it was about something minor and impersonal. But he basically did not want to hear anything that went against his expectations and fantasy about who he wanted me to be. So i decided to break things off and he did not take that well at all, but that's a whole other drama!

I agree with Seri and Okbun but regarding Dongseok I feel like it’s because he feels that she could be interested…
I see your point and agree somewhat. It's just that Gwangsook told him repeatedly that him talking about his feelings was making her uncomfortable and he kept pushing, not even giving her the time frame she asked for. That's a pretty big red flag showing that this person is very controlling and will always prioritize their own needs and desires. I can see where he is encouraged because she's acts so flustered, but I wish he would go about chasing her in a more subtle and gentle way. I think situations like this work out well in dramaland, but not so much in the real world.

This drama started out charming, but it's become apparent that the writer has stalker fantasies. Three of the characters are just assuming that the objects of their affection will be happy about their feelings, and when met with resistance, told they are making them uncomfortable or that their feelings aren't mutual, these three stalkerish characters press even harder. Of course in dramaland it'll all work out because the resisting character just doesn't know they also have feelings yet, or they grow to like the aggressor when they are saved by them or they are somehow charmed by their persistence. I find DongSeok, SeRi and OkBun uncomfortable, but I like the overall plot of the five eagle siblings coming together.
