In a way obsession are what drives Puzhu and Liu Yan too, just from different angle.

That’s wrong synopsis on MDL. The synopsis here is from novel, the drama change that, there is no rebirth storyline.

The Wei boys reminds me so of the Yang family in history, where all the brothers died and left the only son and the women in the family to fend the enemies.

Actually when I watched LIP, I was more invested in other CPs and no so much with HongYe’s CP😅. I like Ding YuXi and Meng ZiYi’s CP in LIP.

When you watch LIP, you will realised how WangQuan HongYe is so attached to his wife. And after his wife’s death, he just adopted an extreme view that all demon should be destroyed and emotions caused too much sufferings. He just didn’t grief properly and projected a lot on FuGui. His behaviour is not right, gut deep down he does care however he is too afraid to show care. He needs to go for intensive therapy 😅.
