The funny fifth disciple can actually speak very fluently and fast after being provoked by Wu Zhen.
The snake demon has attachment…to Mei Si. So I guessed it’s a foreshadow of his death.
ChangXi is full of secrets, they have such special mechanism to go back in time. Fascinating.

Finally have some time to catch up with all the ep. Ep34 is pretty fun between Wu Zhen and the ChangXi’s disciples 🤣.

Romance is not the focus for this story…and it’s slow burn. Know also it’s an enemy to lover trope background. If you also like investigation and XuanHuan genre, this is watchable, there are lots of beautiful scenes, the actors are also good in their roles. And the side story of the demons can be tragic.

I am looking forward to his next XianXia drama with Dilreba;).
