Is interesting that the director gave significant screentime to tell ML’s father story, his emotional struggles towards his son and his death scene. This set up gave the audience deeper understanding on ML’s emotional scene. And I want to say again, Ao RuPing nailed this role. Our perfect male lead😍.
I'm like finally kissing and all that, my happy place and then just like that end of episode 12! Arr too frustrating!…
Yup the couple who of women here have fantastic characters, FL’s bestie, FL’s women household and ML’s grandma are all so 😎 cool!. Bi WenJun nailed this role. I wondered since we reach ep 12, a mark of their relationship, in typical plot, next will be events to challenge their relationship, hope the obstacles resolve fast.
Ep11…one word about the CP’s situation, “insecurity”. In a way, one thought FL is older and more mature but when it comes to love, she is actually quite insecure.
When FL is angry with ML…and refused to talk to him, ML asked her with his sad eyes, “…don’t you want me anymore…” My heart melts for him and want to say, “I will take you anytime.”.lol!
His dad is too self righteous....value his soldier like familyHe is not a bad man...if he was the consort wouldn't…
Well said. A righteous general makes a foolish man. Risking his lives or lives of other for loyalty are just plain stupid, but that’s why some of them die young at those times. Think this script is portraying ML’s father as that type of general.
My heart melts for him and want to say, “I will take you anytime.”.lol!
The second CP is also developing fine.
