Although this season, first ep starts with a re-cap to help the viewers recall the events in season one. I would recommend that you watch season one first, as this drama is actually season one and two put together as a whole story, but due to c regulation and limitation, they have to break up into two seasons for it to be released.

Yes, a terrible Qiao family practices, but it’s really very realistically portrayed. Even till now, some traditional distorted values are being practice by Chinese families😓, these old so call respect, dysfunctional filial piety are still being passed down. Hence I felt that this show is great on showing all the taboos topic;). Are you enjoying the show so far?
