I have watched Zhou Yi Ran’s previous drama but somehow the plot couldn’t get me really excited or going. However I really like his role in this drama, and he is definitely such a MingSheng, so charming😍. Live his chemistry with Zhang JingYi.;) I agreed with you, this story is about some serious theme, I like one theme that has been emphasize throughout, which is “love heals”.

Yup, I noticed it on my re-watch. A few clues, for once MS’s dad would not do such a gesture. And MS is the one in touch with his mom so obviously the tickets are from him. And then I noticed he look across the crowd and appeared disappointed, I wonder why and realised what this whole scene is about. I believe this drama director does a lot of such subtle scene by showing and not telling explicitly. thats a fun observation for me.

On that scene, I believe MuMu’s gesture was most likely prompt by MingSheng to see whether QY wants to meet him and also let her know he is back. So the next scene you see the camera move to MS coming down to meet his mom and appeared disappointed when he look among the crowd and couldn’t see QY.
