FL in the dream but she has no control of events too. I feel she is unlikely to steer the story. As she reads the script, she knows the plotline but she can’t predict the outcome and even while she tries to change it, the event will still happen. So I felt she is also under a writer’s control, it’s just that the writer is not changing any of her action or role.

Sure, at ep 12, my theory may change as ep progresses. As current I felt FL is in a dream, maybe ML’s dream. In first ep., we see a supposinly arrogant ML, but likely he is being mistaken, he is probably not that kind of person but more controlled by his agent who is demanding and felt he should have a certain image. So now in the script, I wonder that it could be the modern ML trying to rewrite certain aspect of Nan Heng hence there is an addition of Li ShiYi and he is wanting FL to take an opportunity to uncover the real ML. So the script ML has no control as he is being re-written. And eventually they will all wake up and realise they are all in modern ML’s dream with a change script.🤣

Anither shout out of the main theme for this story, “love heals…” Compassion and love with freedom and openness; love that is not suffocating and not full control, can be healing to trauma.
