I didnāt read SiJin novel. But reading comments about the drama story and what I saw in the drama, I just didnāt like how the drama write the characters, so I dropped that too. But here the drama is so far good, hope it keeps up to this pacing and story telling.

Agreed. I had the same impression so far. She is back to understand what happened to her mother and why she was abandoned. For 6ep., she is still trying to figure out then in ep 6, we see that she is beginning to understand why her mom is trying to send her away. A very smart and self aware girl.
