Ep5, so it’s ML who has been secretly assisting FL, and he continues to test FL’s wits. Their chemistry is good. And his every exchange with FL is his way of guiding FL in her scheme, so cute.

FL’s maternal family was influential and rich, hence FL’s father depends on his first wife to govern the household, however there are definitely more deeper and hidden secrets. FL’s mom behaviour could be driven by wanting to protect FL from more harm hence she tried so hard to chase FL away. But FL chooses to stay on and the secrets will unveil. This is actually good. Intially I was wondering from Kill Me, Love Me to The Blossom, to SiJin, will I be tired of such tropes…but 4 ep., I felt the writing, pacing, acting, fighting, costume and cinematography are all so well done here. Just hope they keep up the momentum.
