But after I settled and put two apart and look at it separately, then could I see what this drama trying to do. They gave the three leads an ultimate connection to reconcile. And poor ZM DG again had to suffer but here they made he said he is self punishing…hahaha. So I tell myself, do I enjoy it, and I still do. Just different from novel.🤣

If you recall, part of the reason XXC struggles earlier was because the DG ZM wants to be awaken for revenge. But now there is no need for revenge, naturally XXC’s dark energy is retained and hence he can make the flower blossom. It’s all part of one person.

Not to him. He said earlier that he wants to return the original ZM to Ah Zhu and XXC to MXL.

The DG part of ZM made the choice to be asleep forever and as he has no grievances, he will forever not be awaken.

Hahhah…he is so confused about being caught in the definition of “what’s love” and “am I going to be abandoned and alone”. If you watch till the end, he made peace with CP and realise he has never really know love. Actually I feel that he only felt touch by the little MXL and FengYao, hence he realise that he could make that sacrifice.

Hahhaha…since CP fell in love, and he knew Hao Tian wants to destroy the world, it was all along his plan to find ways to escape from Hao Tian. But only till the end he realise he needs the main lead help and he needs to sacrifice.

At least Tian Ming gets to live and be free after destroying the book. Then MXL gets to have HE with XXC(who is the soul fragment that remembers). They are happy together😍. But then the poor DM ZM is still asleep underneath dark abyss. 🤣😅Complete and satisfactory ending. The only dissatisfaction is that I feel it’s because of the cap of 40ep., this team tried their best to explain everything in last two ep. so it may feel rush. Sigh.

After a few hours of processing, I find that this ending is good for all three leads…see spoiler.
