I thought so too, but in preview I see he tries to stop FL and was hurt when FL refused. I do think he may really had feelings for her but knew is unrequited.

So we see JiYong having emotional bond with FL, but he knows she doesn’t love him. Kind of feel sad for him.

FL should be in her forties after her rebirth, and she doesn’t know what her husband wants. lol. Had they consummate? It’s fine, I am stopping to hope, as now starts the political plot against ML.
